Great service!

Tom and his team have cut down a couple trees for me and also trimmed a very large pecan tree in our back yard. They do great work and have a the best attitude! Very fast and very clean work. I will absolutely be using them for all my tree trimming needs!

The service the Arbortex provided was wonderful. They trimmed our huge tree in our backyard and it made a world of a difference. The crew was on time, respectful, and did a stupendous job. They did not leave behind any debris or tree limbs once they completed the job. I would definitely hire them again to trim our trees.

We requested estimates from several companies. Tom was the first to respond. We went with a different company because they recommended trimming all 3 trees vs. Tom's recommendation that we remove one of them and they had earlier availability. When I discussed this with Tom after the fact, his price would have been comparable for the smaller scope. If it looks like we will lose that tree in the future, we will call ArborTex again.

Tom the owner came out on the same day I called him to provide me with a quote. He was very friendly and provided a fair price. When he and his men came to cut the trees, they did an excellent job. They trimmed the branches, painted it, and cleaned everything up. I would highly recommend their service to everyone!

I was impressed with Tom's inspection and overall opinion of what needed to be done. Reasonable price. The crew knew what they were doing, and gave me valuable tips on pest control. After talking and watching, I could probably trim myself without killing the tree; if I'm not too old by then.

The crew showed up on time and worked well. All the promised work was done in a professional manner. All debris was hauled away and the yard was left in good order.

Tom gave us a quote on Sunday and came the same week. They were on time and worked very hard for two days. Tom and his crew were excellent and very responsive to all of our concerns. They have my business and my family's.

Tom Watson and his hard-working crew were very professional, did an amazing job and transformed my yard. They trimmed 9 very large trees and removed a huge, unstable tree that threatened my neighbor's property as well as my own. They went above and beyond as they cleaned up unsightly areas of my yard. They also spent a good amount of time cleaning up after themselves. My trees and I are very happy as is my budget thanks to very reasonable prices. Highly recommend!

Went well, I should have made sure the spaces under the trimmed shrubs were cleaned up a little better. Other than that, pleased with the work that was done.

Tom and his crew were absolutely wonderful to work with! We needed to clear our lot of trees, stumps, and brush so that we could start building our house. He was competitively priced, but his communication skills are what made us choose him. He arrived on time for the estimate and was able to give us a quote the same day. He was able to arrange equipment rental (backhoe) delivery to our lot and arrived early when it was time to start working. I felt very comfortable with his skills and knowledge. His guys were professional and hard working. They actually finished the work earlier than expected. We will be calling Tom first for any work we need on our land. Tom trimmed 3 large overgrown live oaks, a cedar elm, and a mesquite.. He cut all branches hanging over the house, but hey, anybody with a ladder and pole saw can do that. What was so great was he envisioned everything we discussed about canopy shape how much light to allow in. He also cut down a large crepe myrtle that apparently did not make it through the very cold winter we had in San Antonio. And, to top things off, his price was wonderfully reasonable. Earlier in the year i got an estimate from another arborist to the job for $1200. Super job. cleaned up everything little twig . Only sign anyone had been in my yard was some sawdust in the flowerbeds.

I am a new member of Angie's List. Your customer service representative worked with me, and sent an email with three businesses' contact information. I called Arbortex Tree Service, Tom Watson, owner, 210-430-5746. He made arrangements to have this work finished as soon as possible . Tom Watson and his worker Rico arrived on time, and took care of it. They loaded and took away a large pile of tree trimmings and branches. They helped me out by taking on someone else's unfinished work. The owner was professional and interested in helping me with my immediate problem.

Tom and Dan are great to work with. They are very professional, personable and relaxing to work with. Tom will make suggestions as to what trees need to be trimmed but is not pushy. He is aware that people are on a budget. He is the only one that I have encountered that gives a 50% discount if there is brush pickup in the area. They did an excellent job and piled all of the limbs for brush pickup. A week later they came to grind down the tree stump. I am very please with the work they did and will hire them again.

He did a very artistic and excellent job. He comes when he says he is going to come (they put in full days work) and is very knowledgeable, honest, and prompt. He cleans up after himself and was reasonably priced, he is definitely worth the money.

He listened to my desires and concerns and adapted to them. He never tried to 'sell' me on anything (which is good cause I own two of 'everything' cause I can't say no). Tom has taken great care to insure that I know how to take care of the lawn, how much to water it and when to mow and fertilize. He's come by several times to make sure the lawn was holding. He's even further trimmed the oak to insure enough light is getting through to the lawn. I call that above and beyond and worth paying for. I even joined Angie's List so that I could make this review. That's how much I liked them.

Tom and his crew did a wonderful job in trimming the Ash tree which had not been trimmed in 30 yrs. Aerial lines were running through the tree limbs and he cleared all limbs from around the lines. Area was raked after the job was completed. He is very professional amd I am planning to use Arbortex Tree Service in the near future.

They did a great job. The oak in the front never looked so good. They were pleasant and cooperative. They cleaned up and were reasonably priced.
