I had 5 trees that needed to come down and two trees that needed pruning and trimming over the house. Two of the trees were near power lines. I had a HUGE Pine Tree and a HUGE Sweet Gum Tree....... The entire process was perfect! From bid to clean-up! One of the best experiences with a contractor to date!

I have used them in the past and they were great so I contacted them right away this time. Excellent response. Easy to set up appointment, they showed up on time, did all the work and cleaned up the year and disposed of the logs.

The workers were amazing and completed the work, even though the machinery broke within the first 2 days. Got a call from Ryan asking for partial payment before work was completed and that he underbid our job. Said no and that we would pay once all work was completed. Ended up paying a partial payment with enough held back in case he didn’t return. Work was completed except for an easement that needed to be smoothed out after their equipment became stuck. Paid in full as it was too wet to smooth out easement and took word that he would be available to come back out if we needed him to to smooth out ruts. No response after contact and now I have to bring dirt in to repair easement and my neighbors yard from their equipment.

It went great, they were very fast and I was kept informed as to their arrival time. They did a great job removing all the debris from the palms.

It was great, they were punctual and communicated when they would arrive. I am very impressed with the work they did! I would recommend them without hesitation. Best tree service I have had work on my yard and I have had many!

got them all down and hauled off in less than a day. they have lots of equipment to shred the limbs and hoist large pieces of tree trunk into the trucks, by far the best price I could find for $1,650 for 12 trees

The crew arrived on time and worked quickly and efficiently. I expected the work to take most of the afternoon, but they were done in a couple of hours. I am very pleased with the quality of the work, and would not hesitate to hire them again.

It did not go. We did not receive a call and he was a no show despite having a good contact number and our address.

We'd just constructed a new home and had to tidy the yard a bit.  Ryan and his team were punctual and did what they said that they would do.    A little while later, I called Ryan again to remove some Palmetto's that grew in the yard.   Ryan sent a gentleman by the name of Javier.  He was very professional and even shared tips with me concerning my new lawn.    I was so impressed with this company, that, I kept their information and I have job scheduled for next week.  

Called this company out because I had use them in the past on several occasions and in the past had always done a great job. I had to wait 2 weeks before they could come out to have two oak trees trimmed back and thinned out. They arrived an hour later but got to work right away.I told them what I wanted done to the trees but I had to have them go back up in the trees 2 more times later to get them to thin them out more each time. It was like I had to constantly watch them. I finally got one of the tree looking good but the main tree is still to thick in some areas. (disappointed) Also I saw one guy sitting on my ac unit taking a break instead of sitting in a chair! Which I didn't mind someone taking a break considering it was very hot out Just wish he could have sat in a chair. There was plenty of places to sit. Don't understand why he did that! Then some of the guys was speaking Spanish when I was outside. Alerting others I was around and to behave themselves.  Not knowing I understood Spanish and what they was saying! Guess I need to find a new tree service now!

I have actually used them for a long time. I just wanted to compare their prices against the others and they still seem to be cheaper than the others.

First, there was the issue of wet ground and we had to reschedule a few times - and I was OK with that.  I didn't want big ruts on the property.   When we finally had a date that was dry enough, the supervisor, Ryan< brought a crew out and basically left them here.  My major complaint was that they had no supervision.  Every time I went in the house, I had to go back out to get them back on task.  I believe 2 of the 3 men didn't speak English and I got the impression the third one couldn't read English.  When I handed him the list I had written, he sort of fumbled with it, folded it and gave it back to me.  Ryan never came back to check on their progress.

I did not feel that for $1,000  for a day's work for a crew that I would have to supervise them myself!   That's what I thought I was paying for.

I have asked Ryan three (3) times for a receipt, and not yet received one as of a month later.  I waited to submit this review because I was so angry that not enough clearing was done in the back yard, some of the "trash trees" I wanted gone are not gone (they were on my list).  and now I have soft spots in the driveway from the yard to the barn because the skid-steer got buried at least 3-4 times (one of which took 45 minutes to get unburied).  Yes, the guy put dirt in the ruts, but the ground is now not solid like it was. 

After doing such a good job in 2013 for me, I'm really disappointed and feeling just a little cheated this job.   Not nearly enough was accomplished in my opinion. 

They were very good and they have very fair pricing. I received several estimates from other companies and this company had the best price.

Nothing really for me to say, all the other reviews has done it for me. This company is the best, professional, customer service is a top priority.  Did this job in 2 days so well that my next door neighbor hired them also.  Thank you so much, Ryan.

We got them from Angie's List. They're awesome. They were great. We have more trees to cut and we'll use them again. It was competitive. It was a good deal. It was very nice. They're so polite. They cleaned up when they left. They did a wonderful job cleaning up. I'd give them an A+.

They were great and I was really happy with them. I liked the fact that they were really careful with the big tree. This huge tree died and was dropping limbs on the house and in the front yard and they were really careful bringing it down. When it was down, they cleaned up really well and then they cleared basically another yard area on the side of the property, where I had a new well house built and they did a really fast job over there. They put the wood in pile for me so I could burn them.
