I did not get a quote or cost until the job was complete. Otherwise good service. Usually, a pro would go through another job, tell you what you need, give a quote, get a yes or no. Then do the work.

"Mr Buckalew contacted our office with a problem with his antenna. He could not give me a specific reason for his problems so it made it hard to give him an estimate. He did explain to me that he needed it fixed because his wife wanted to continue to enjoy her programming. Upon arrival I went straight to work and did what he asked and went through the entire system and fixed many issues. Some expected and some not. Theses jobs are very hard to give estimates ,however, the impression he gave the company was to fix his issue not estimate it. I fixed the problems and installed a new amp. I was fair on the price and time."
