Roberto arrived on time, was very professional, and completed the work in an hour-and-a-half.

Luxury Air personnel were very professional and did not try to sell me anything above and beyond the work that was contracted. I feel that Sheldon did all that was possible to save us money, in the long run. We replaced a 2-ton condenser unit (old freon - R22) with a new Trane unit (new freon - R410). This required the evaporator-coil unit in the attic to be replaced with an R410-compatible unit. We elected to replace our aging furnace at this time, since the ductwork in the attic was being disassembled, anyhow. They arrived right on time and it was all completed within one day, and the techs took great pains to do the job right, and not to dirty the house where they entered. Total cost: $5600, which I felt was reasonable, given the work accomplished. (We had 2 other estimates for the work: one was exactly $5700; the other one, we felt, was a low-ball estimate of $4500). The next day, we had them return to clean out the evaporator-coil unit for the larger, main a/c unit. Roberto did the work. Again, he arrived on time; he was very professional and efficient. The work was done in an hour and a half. Needless to say, Luxury will be our a/c company from now on.

The evening of Dec 19, we noticed our downstairs heating system wasn't operating properly --- no warm air.  I called and they said a technician was available today a Sunday. Initial estimate was $89 for a Sunday service call.  However, all the technician had to do was clean out an air pressure monitor, took only 5 minutes. No charge for this, and I think it's because we have a pre-paid preventive maintenance plan with them.  With repeated great experiences with Luxury Air A/C and Heating, when it's time to replace this system (soon) as long as they quote a reasonable price, they'll get the business.  These guys are good !

We have used Luxury Air for almost 10 years.  Steve and his technicians are always punctual, professional and honest.  We have had PM work done, minor repairs, major repairs, troubleshooting...  Luxury Air has always done a fantastic job.

The technicians were on time, professional, quick and cleaned up before they left.  I had a minor issue later that day and another tech was dispatched the next morning without issue!! Great company.  I will continue to do business with Luxury Air.

To steal a phrase from the PGA, and quot;these guys are good.and quot; Always on-time, reasonably priced, highest quality work.
An earlier experience (2010) with Luxury Air really showed their genuine commitment to great service at a reasonable price.

My wife was hosting a baby shower for our daughter-in-law on a Sunday, during August, in the suburban Houston, TX area. One does not want A/C problems during August in Houston!!! Especially when there would be 10-15 extra people in the house.

On the Friday evening before, we noticed our downstairs A/C unit wasn’t producing cold air. I called them, left a message and received a return call within an hour, saying a service tech would be out Saturday morning. The technician arrived right on time, and while I feared the compressor had died, he quickly found a problem with a minor part, the Freon filter / dryer component. He had the system “blowing ice cubes” in less than an hour, and the repair cost, even including the Saturday call, was less than I expected.

Needless to say, when my 12-year old upstairs unit needed replacing (builder’s original unit) Luxury got the job, without bidding it.

Overall, the service provided by Luxury Air A/C and Heating was outstanding. I have contracted other similar companies in the past, but am most pleased with this one. We also have a warranty on the work performed by Luxury Air A/C and Heating, with an invitation to call Julio personally, in the event that there is a problem either with the work he did, or another problem that arises.

Steve and his crew have been taking care of our home and building since 2009 and Steve is a problem solver when it comes to a/c work. He has saved us money, always on time and the cleanest crew by leaving you home as clean as it was before they arrive.

he found and told me the reason, the previous company had never hooked it up. he hooked up the heat, and repaired a duct and charged me and left.

I was very pleased and I would use them again. They seem knowledgeable.

The work was completed within the timeframe he proposed in his fixed price contract. We are happy to report that after 4 months and the hottest summer in Texas history, we are extremely comfortable.
