Jeff did a great job. The carpet was very dirty. We have 2 large dogs and the carpet had been neglected for a couple of years. He made it look almost new. He was really nice, on time and worked quickly. We had some really bad spots and he was able to get them all out. The tile grout hasn't looked this good since we moved in. We will definitely use him again.
