On the positive side, they were there on time. They were professional and fixed the problem. It has worked great since. I would also use them again.
"It's good to know that your door is working so well and that you would use us again. The tune-up was actually only $39, our many reviews reflect that customers find it to be an excellent value. Our reviews also reveal a number of customers who purchased the $39 tune-up and did not purchase new rollers too, this is because they weren't recommended as their garage door didn't need them. Customer's appreciate the fact that Brin never recommends any repair or part that isn't truly needed yet he would be remiss if he didn't suggest improvements that would enhance the performance of the garage door. Brin will make recommendations, but he always keeps the customer in the driver's seat. $139 purchased a thorough garage door tune-up, new smooth moving nylon ball rollers, and new pulley wheels, the price includes tax, labor and parts. Considering the average service call alone is $85, many would consider this a great value and it's good to know that the door continues to run so well. "Thank you for leaving a great review and we're so glad you would use us again. The work on this particular job was performed over 14 months ago so we had looked it up in our records. Just a little clarification, the repair was actually an Off-Track. We straightened the door, put a cable back on, added tension, tightened the opener's chain, replaced all the rollers on the garage door and performed a thorough tune-up and lubrication on both the garage door and opener. The total invoice came to $210. I hope our many stellar reviews continue to reflect the great value we place on our customers who will always be well informed and will always occupy the driver's seat.
