Tru Blu Pool Renovations

Mark and his group were very professional. Gave our pool a brand new look!!! Great follow up on a few hiccups . Very pleased with the job and follow up!

Mark made this project very easy. He gave us a very reasonable bid to replaster our old pool with a Stonescapes mini-pebble finish, replacing and resetting the flagstone coping, and replacing the tile. All work was done on time and very professionally, cleaning up after each days work. Mark was responsive and communicated in a timely way with us during the project. We also appreciated the week of start-up pool service after filling. We would definitely use them again.

I paid $4,200.00 to have the pool replastered, the existing tile regrouted and the inlets replaced in January, 2020. The job is a total disaster as the pool is stained and discolored, the tile is covered in plaster splatter and haze from the grout or plaster that was not cleaned and the inlets are undersized,cheap looking and incorrectly installed. This company uses sub contractors for labor and has no control over the quality of the work. The warranty is worthless because the subs have been paid and have no incentive to return. After six months of promises, excuses and delays, I told Mark Paulson (owner/salesman) that I wanted a refund since it was obvious that his people were not interested or capable of repairing the mess that they left me with. He offered me a very small refund to not hold him liable for the problems with the pool. The check and the offer are currently with my attorney as we consider the next steps. Please do not make the same mistake that I did and hire this guy.

Tru Blu pools did an excellent job. Schedule was met and repairs completed promptly. The decking looked great and was exactly what I was looking for to go around my pool. The service after Tru Blu pools had finished the job was exceptional. They came by to check the work a week or two after completion and have been out again a couple of time. Every time I need something they come out promptly. The last visit was to check my skimmer leak to make sure it was holding. They found a leak in my pool equipment and promptly repaired the leak. Tru Blu Pools go beyond expectations. I will always recommend them to anyone needing pool work . They are tops in my book.done.

I contacted Mark about my problem and he promptly sent someone out to inspect my skimmers. They found missing tiles and cracked grout . They did an excellent job fixing the problem and now no more leaks! This is a great company to do business with and extremely reliable. I have used them in the past and will call them again if I have any other problems, A+

We started with replacing the equipment and then needed to drain the pool and have it resurfaced. We then decided to upgrade our deck. It all turned out great. We are very pleased with the results.

Work began fine, and seemed to progress well, but after delays due to weather, getting the contractors to complete their work has been an ongoing nightmare. Requested equipment was forgotten, had to manage quality of ladder post installation. Surface cracks have begun to show in less than 6 months. They had to cut out a section of concrete to repair electrical they damaged during installation and have still not repaired the concrete. As of 4/14/19, the work is still not complete.

Owner Mark Paulson is professional, knowledgeable and timely. We have used Mark for over 20 years for all of our pool services. Nothing less than 5 stars.

The company performed all the demolition and rebuilding of my pool and cool decking with new tile and flagstone coping installed along with a new plaster finish to the pool. The work and professionalism was beyond reproach. Even my regular pool cleaner was wanting to know who the company was because the workmanship was outstanding. All tasks on the contract were performed and also I had added some things that they did free of charge to accommodate me. I would have no reservations what so ever in recommending Tru Blu to any person wanting to work to their pool and back yard.

Every time I use Mark’s team I get the best results. I don’t call any one else just him with Tru Blue.

It went great, pool looks fantastic. Guys were very professional. It has been six months and no problems at all. This surface seems to require less chemicals and has been very easy to balance, along with have yet to backwash DE filter. The pool is surrounded by trees. Off to great start and we will see if it holds up to 10yr warranty. Only minor issues, were not exactly knowing times they were going to show up and they did leave some pool residue around sides, but overall great experience and would hire again

Marc was FANTASTIC. I want to recommend his services to ANYONE wanting to renovate or repair their pools! Our pool had MANY issues wrong with it (cracked pool floor, plaster coming up from the pool walls, the water level for the shallow end and the deep end of the pool was completely off, we did not have coping-since the pool was so old, the tiles were falling off and the deck was cracked as well!)but his team worked relentlessly from November-January (some times was off for Holidays, otherwise I know that it would have been completed sooner) He was always available for any questions or concerns, and if he did not answer, he called us back ASAP! His crew did a fabulous job and completely changed the look of our pool from drab, to FAB! They were punctual and arrived when promised, and worked hard to complete the project with perfection! We did have one area of concern that shifted months later, and he took care of it IMMEDIATELY! I cannot say enough good things about this gentleman and his company!

TRU BLU POOLS DID A COMPLETE RENOVATION ON OUR 31 YEAR OLD POOL THAT HAD NEVER BEEN RENOVATED. THEY DID A BEAUTIFUL JOB AND I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER. THE JOB STARTED WHEN PROMISED AND WAS COMPLETED IN ROUGHLY 3 WEEKS. EACH DIFFERENT CREW THAT CAME TO WORK WAS VERY PROFICIENT AT THEIR JOBS AND VERY MINDFUL OF COVERING THE SURROUNDING AREAS TO PROTECT FROM DUST AND SPRAY. THEY EVEN HELPED ME MOVE THE HEAVY FURNITURE. MARK USUALLY CAME BY EVERY DAY AND WAS ALWAYS REACHABLE BY PHONE FOR ANY OF MY QUESTIONS.
