Description of Work: Michael's Keys did a great job installing two locks for us. One was a dead bolt on the garage entry door and the other was a childproof lock on our French door going out to the pool. They provided the locks. I was disappointed that the service man didn't have at least a small vacuum to clean up the mess from the drill. I gave them a 'B' on price because they forgot to give my the Angie's discount and I thought the service call was a little high, but they were able to do the install quickly.

Description of Work: The buy ahead price was deceptive in terms of the services received. I ended up having to pay more $ when I had already paid the Angie's List deal. Not sure if that fault lies with Angie's List or the service provider, but the package I purchased at the discounted rate was definitely not clear. I felt like I was taken for a bit for more money than anticipated. When I added up the total for the package + what I paid at the time of service, it ended up being more than if I had just gone ahead and dealt directly with a locksmith.
