I contacted Michael's owner, John Lemmon, who couldn't have been nastier and accused me of threatening him with legal action when leaving a message for him with an employee the day before. I had not done so. In a menacing tone, he said he would reimburse me for the rekeying, and "then we're through."

Contacted Michael's Keys Inc over the 4th of July holiday for a locked back door that I needed opened at least by Monday. The individual who answered the phone was very informative and honest about the pricing due to the holiday if the technician came out on the weekend vs. coming on Monday. I decided to wait until Monday and made an appt. The technician, Julian, was not only early for the scheduled appt but was very polite, informed me of every step taken in order to open the locked door, and worked quickly to open the locked door. Would definitely hire again for locksmith issues.

They did a wonderful job, very punctual and were very fast on getting all my locked re-keyed! Will definitely use them in the future for any future locksmith issues.

The locksmith could not get the electronic lock to work, but was not his fault. I had to settle for a standard deadbolt lock. The work was of good quality. Thanks!

Immediately diagnosed problem as spring-loaded interior sub-assembly sticking. Completely disassembled, cleaned, ground, and lubricated. Now works like new ... and saved us huge expense for replacing dated lock/handle-set or even entire front door.

I could not have asked for better service. Beginning with the call made to them, the services was promised for same day and they were here within 3 hours. The 2 gentlemen that performed the service had excellent personalities, manners and completely cleaned up after they were finished. It took less than an hour for them to complete the task.....highly recommend this firm.

I first used them a year or 2 ago. I thought it was reasonable. I called them back the second time, so I must have been happy with them.

It was good. That was the second time I used them. It was more than the $65, because there were a few other things, other than just rekeying. I think it was a little bit more, I don’t remember how much more. Nothing was bad. I have had it done cheaper before. I haven’t had any problems since, so I guess quality was okay. I just gave them the garage code and they went over and took care of it. The house was empty and I wasn’t there.

I called Michael's Keys due to losing my house key and they were able to come out the same day within a few hours of calling. The technician swapped the lock cores quickly and provided 4 new keys for a reasonable price.
