.They were welcoming and quick! Only took twenty minutes and the price was 75% cheaper than going to the dealership! Very friendly, especially late on a Friday evening before Christmas.

The service went well. They were responsive and came out the day after I called. One technician came out and got everything taken car of in one day. He made sure everything was working correctly. He was nice, efficient and neat in his work. He completed the job in about an hour and a half.

I had this deal since Michael's keys had 24/7 emergency line, but they did not pick up the phone when I was locked out and hence I decided to apply for refund.

The locksmith, Jeff, gave expert recommendations to provide us with superior quality locks. Jeff made sure to match the color and style of our existing door hardware. Jeff was extremely patient with me; as the job initially requested became longer. I kept adding additional requests and he was patient and very accommodating.

ALL CONTACT WITH THE PROVIDER WAS 100% EXCELLENT. WE WERE ESPECIALLY PLEASED THAT HE WAS FAMILIAR WITH THE BRAND OF OUR LOCK, KNEW THAT IT WAS WORTH FIXING, AND THEN TOOK CARE OF GETTING THE PART AND INSTALLING IT. IN ADDITION, HE ADJUSTED OTHER ASPECTS OF THE DOOR THAT MADE IT A MORE SOLID CLOSURE AND EASIER TO OPEN AND CLOSE. A VERY NICE EXPERIENCE.

he called 20 minutes before the appointment and said he would be 15 minutes late. he was only service person to ever to call. the install was more involved because it was a mobile home door but he had no problems.
