Pros: customer service was good, painters were friendly, and the job was able to be scheduled quickly. Cons: price was high for the quality of work that was done (fair - not great but not terrible), paint quality appears to be low grade (flaking and thin), lots of personal clean up and retouching, had to call the guys back right after job to fix a bunch of stuff (overspray on roof and gutters, patch jobs, paint on tile and cabinets, etc.) and will probably have to call again.

The painters were courteous, professional and on time. The job was done in the time frame specified. The house looks great. We had weird angles at a great height--not easy at all--and they did a fantastic job.

Cliff with CertaPro took a lot of time to evaluate the space and was very detailed in his quote. He reached out to me multiple times to make sure we stayed on schedule with painting. I feel that I could trust the work he did and that it would look great. I also really enjoyed talking with Cliff. Unfortunately, I just don't have the budget to hire CertaPro for the job.

Able to schedule on short notice. Communications with owner were prompt and courteous. Provided detailed estimate of work to be done. Project was completed in a timely manner with professional cleanup. Workers were friendly. Looks good. Able to pay for services with credit card online.

I am very pleased with the quality of work and their patience. I am very busy with my work and they were able to work with my schedule. After they have completed the work on painting my chimney (has been rebuilt), I received a text of the before and after. They have done an excellent job and I am planning to use them again in the near feature for interior work.
