"This customer is perplexing to me. I gave him a price for the work to be done. I did the work as he told me. He asked me to get in touch with tenant and make arrangements with him. I did so and did the work. I texted the client and asked for payment. He replied " did you do the work"? I told him I had and received no response from him. Since he lives in the same community as I do, I thought the check should arrive in two or three days. It did not. I asked if he had sent the check, not knowing he was out of town in Florida. He became indigent that I would question him. If I would have known he was out of town would have given more time for check to arrive before I questioned him. I did not know if we needed to question post office about the whereabouts of said check. He has made a huge issue about the price I charged, he should not have accepted my bid. His resolution to this complaint is a total refund. It seems to me it has always been about the money. If he would have come to me in a civil manner I would have done all I could to make him a happy customer. He has burnt that bridge. Shalom."
"Thank you Tony for your kind words."
"I did all the work that was asked of me. I gave him a bid and he accepted it. While there his wife added more to the job. He came home and threw a fit. Was there for nine hours and did not take a lunch break, drove to get materials. Very unreasonable man. Tried to discuss my position and he continued to cut me off. Some people can not be pleased."

"I did all that she told me to do, which was what the granite installers told her to do. I had no way to measure where the sink was going to be installed. I was told to just reinforce the back of sink cabinet, which I did with some 1x2. This is the first that I have heard of this. Would have tried to accommodate her."
Was impressed when Mr Tuck showed up for appt on time he stated he liked being on time. I thought wow finally someone that is dependable (first time impression). Well I didn't hear from him again, on September 11th I texted him and informed him I had not heard from him if he was still interested in the job. He replied stating he wanted to meet with his help on my property the following Saturday in order to give me a bid. He did state he was swamped but the work would be done under his supervision. I informed him that would be fine. Never heard back from him. On September 15th I finally texted him asking him if he was able to come by on that Saturday. No response. I texted him again today with no avail. First impressions are not always what they seem to be. A courtesy text or call would have been fine. As of yet, no respone.
"Thank you Kevin for the kind words."
"Thank you so very much. It was a pleasure working with you."
"Shame on you, you KNOW these are lies. Shalom"
