From the very first call for consultation all the way through installation and beyond they have been nothing short of Fabulous!! Ms. Cindy helping to set everything up, Mark calling about things that needed to be done before install and Joey, himself coming out after the install when I called on the weekend with a question. Joey even called me about a week later to make sure that everything was still going good. There is no one else that we would recommend for septic installation or service!!

Everything was completed as promised. Very punctual and professional. Cindy in the office is great.

They do an exceptional job

A representative came out and tested our soil to make sure that it was good enough to not need an aerobic system which he said we did not. He said that he would get back with us as far as an estimate. A few days later he told us it would be $5800 to install 300 feet of field line which is outrageous. That would be the cost of installing an aerobic system,which he said we didn't need. Very disappointed. The only thing I can say positive is at least they showed up and on time.

Customer service was wonderful. She had me check my fuse box, the fuse inside the aerobic outside box, and had me make sure that the sprinkler system worked. That could have saved me a service, but the fuses had not been tripped and the sprinklers worked. I asked them to come out and inspect the system. The air pump was barely releasing air and I had them replace it with a rebuilt one. Since we didn't know much about an aerobic system (bought the house and wasn't given any info), I asked the tech (James) if he could explain it to me. James did a wonderful job of explaining the whole system.

Performed services and when a pump was found to be broken quoted a number and then listed alternatives that were not provided by his company.  He named names and approximate cost.

Quickly and professionally done.

I called and they had someone out soon after.  The service guy was really nice and worked very quick.  Very easy to work with this company.  They also installed a septic system on another house I have on my properly.  They did it like we asked and were great.

All services as well as dates and time-frames that were on the estimate were adhered to.  There were no overages and no delays.  The only *surprise* was that all was done exactly as promised, planned, scheduled and completed.

We did not receive a booklet on the functions/operations of this septic system which I would have liked. We were told to call anytime 24/7, if there were 'issues.'  I still wish I would have had a booklet on how this system works as well as possible problems (ie: what if a sprinkler head is clogged?  How would we even know if a sprinkler head were clogged?  What if the power goes out? If the power goes out do we need to reset a clock inside of the electrical box so the sprinklers function at the time we selected -- or will this self adjust? Etc.)

I would have also liked to know approximately how much electricity the system uses per month as well as how often to check the chlorine tablet area. Actually we were told to check this area in one month and add up to 3 tablets as necessary. On a lark we checked this area about 2.5 weeks later and I'm glad that we did as the chlorine tablet had just run out.  We noticed that we are using more chlorine tablets then was first expected.

The good folks at Joey Ridgle Septic Service are supposed to come out and inspect the entire system about 3 months from the install date (I believe).  If there are issues at that time I will be sure to update my Report Card.

Overall we're pleased with the service, the professionalism, the expediency as well, of course, the septic system itself.  If we had this to do over again, we would use Joey Ridgle Septic Service.
