Great service, on time and a professional job

Big A Paving (Andy Pearce) was contracted to apply sealant to our driveway and repair a brick border. The prep work was just blowing and sweeping which left much debris on the driveway. Sealant was applied with a push broom and many spots were left uneven or bare. Sealant splashed on the rock wall and brick border. My husband came home at lunch to inspect the work and questioned Andy’s workmanship. Andy had a full blown temper tantrum cussing my husband and yelling. All was captured on our security camera and witnessed by a neighbor. After he calmed down and apologized for his behavior, we allowed him to finish the first day’s work. He promised to return to repair spots the next day. He did return and supposedly fixed the spots and reduced his price because of the botched brick border he tried to repair. I paid him $2000 and he assured me his work was guaranteed for 3 years. After the sealant dried, many spots lifted and tire tracks from his truck were noticed. I texted him my concerns and got no response. My check was quickly cashed and he now will not answer our calls. My husband has used others phones to get him to answer. Andy answers those calls and realizes it’s David. He has promised 4 times to return with nothing.

Good work and overall good experience. Andy was a pleasure to work with. Honest and was very reliable. My driveway looks great a year later. I’ll use him again if I ever need to and have recommended him to my friends.
