Mr. Fred Huerta worked diligently to secure a permit as required by our city and despite the city's delays, he was able to deliver the work on time as promised.  He not only spoke w/me to discuss the details of the project and materials recommended, but responds to emails within 24 hours.  His crew completed their work diligently, silently and quickly to deliver on-time service, and completed a job extremely well done.  They cleared and cleaned the area prior to their leaving as well.
We love our new Western Red Cedar picket fence, and their professionalism is very much appreicated!

AWESOME! Second time I've used AAA Fence Pros. They are great! On time, and most importantly, they do HIGH quality work. I watched them work today, and they mitered joints, and threw away 25% of the 2x4's and pickets they brought because the lumber was warped, or full of knots! I saw a worker cut a piece of wood, nail it up, and inspect it...then he tore it off because it wasn't perfect, and did it over! Reliable, and most importantly top quality work. Not the cheapest, but reasonably priced for the quality they deliver. Recommend AAA Fence Pros to anyone in the San Antonio area. They built my fence with the same craftsmanship that I would have used if I'd done the job myself!

Showed up on time. They took out the old fence and posts and hauled it away. Installed new posts set deeper in ground with concrete. Let it set up overnight. Next morning, on time, built framework, put up pickets, new gate, cleaned up ground. They even put extra boards at bottom of fence where the dog could dig under. They came back in a couple of weeks to replace pickets that had cracked and repair a sprinkler pipe. Very professional. To those who think they are a bit pricey. You get what you pay for. Excellent job!!

The work required extensive diplomacy to accommodate our neighbor's last minute brush-clearing and design changes while addressing our concerns. Fred was courteous and resourceful in pursuing resolution of several issues that arose at the start of the job. The crew was courteous, competent, and observant. They worked carefully around the trees, and were able to preserve our big trumpet vine as well as a few smaller native plants near the fence line. They left without completing a key part of the job but the oversight was quickly addressed. Overall the work was professional and the results are handsome.

I went with AAA Fencing Pros because several other highly rated companies either never called back and one actually made an appointment, never showed up, and then would not answer my calls. You might be able to find a company that works for less but we got great quality materials, very prompt to reply to any communication, excellent work crew and the owner personally followed up with me when the job was completed. The owner said to call him personally if there are any issues with the work.

Work was completed on time and as promised by the contractor.  Workmanship and materials were excellent.  Work crews were highly professional and hard-working.  Of particular note, the crews always cleaned the site after the work was completed.  I would not hesitate to use this contractor again and I high recommend AAA Fence Pros to anyone who is contemplating fence construction.

Everything went excellent. From the time I contacted Rey, until the finished product. Rey showed up on time for the estimate and the crew showed up on time for day of installation.  Had stain applied to fence.  All looks great.  Very professional. Would recommend to any one.

THE GOOD: 1. Fencers arrived a few minutes after 9:30 am. 2. It looks great and seems to be well constructed. 3. The repaired back gate looks fantastic and I am happy that steel posts were used to keep it upright. 4. I am happy with the new 5 foot gate installed at the front of the house. THE FRUSTRATING: 1. The fencers asked if they could use my outdoor electrical. I do not have outlets outside so I used the outdoor light with an adapter. I was later told by Ray that the fencers have a generator they could have used so I was a little annoyed that they used my electricity, but not annoyed enough to complain. Just be aware if you hire them. 2. The fencers installed the smooth boards facing my yard even though the remaining 3 sides were installed in the opposite way. I was puzzled that they would not match it to how the other fence was installed...... 3. For some reason they did not use the locking mechanism that was already in place and instead used a new mechanism that did NOT lock. It made me uncomfortable to have my fence unlocked but the owner was unable to repair it until the next week. STILL NEEDS RESOLUTION AS OF 5/19/2016: 1. The back gate is now difficult to close or open because the locking mechanism hits the opposing gate. I have pinched my hand and fingers more than once trying to open/close it and now that we have had so much rain it is worse. I have to be able to get in and out of the back gate because my trash and recycle are in the back alley. I contacted the owner on 5/18/16 for this to be repaired but have not heard back. I will update my review once the gate is repaired and fully functioning.

AAA Fence Pros performed their job in an outstanding and job very professional manner. We couldn't have been more pleased with the end results.  As promised during our initial appointment, they were on time as initially scheduled the day of the job to be performed.  Wasting no time they completed the job early in the afternoon, basically they took care of business.  Their sales representative, Mr. Fred Huertas, was very professional during the entire experience, from the beginning to the end!! Definitely, I will recommend AAA Fence  Pros to friends and Family!!.

We needed to replace a very old wooden fence across the back and one side of our property. AAA Fence Pros was the most highly recommended fence company on Angie's List, so we got an estimate. Our next door neighbor, who wasn't sure about splitting the cost of the side fence, asked us to get an estimate from another company where a friend of his works. We did, but it was several hundred dollars more, which made us feel even better about AAA.  We arranged a schedule and the two installers showed up on time. They did excellent work, finished early and cleaned up everything. No one even asked for money until three days later, when we got an invoice and a call from the owner asking if everything was satisfactory. I don't expect to need any more fencing, but if I did, I would use them. I will recommend AAA Fence Pros if anyone asks.

Fred was very helpful and patient. Worked with us on price matching and finding the best products for our price range. Always respectful. I was very impressed.

The two fence installers arrived promptly as scheduled,  fully prepared to begin work.  They consulted with me first to confirm what was required in placing the fence and where the placement would be. They began digging post holes in very rough ground but persevered and completed the task properly.  The fence was expertly plumbed, and installed in less than a day.  The fence sections were wiped clean and any remaining matter from digging was smoothed out along the bottom of the fence.  What a great job.  I am more than pleased with the quality of the fence;  it looks great.  I was especially pleased with the attention to detail the installers paid to making sure I was satisfied with the finished result.  What a great company to work with.  Thanks AAA Fence Pros.  You certainly are the pros you say you are.  Needless to say I'm a satisfied customer.



  

In a word: 'superbly'.  AAA was on time, had the plans ready to go, performed the teardown/construction in a workman-like and professional manner.
There is nothing bad about the experience or the crew/company.  An absolute pleasure to do business with.

The evening before the work was done, Mr Huerta called to ask us to ask our neighbors to let our neighbors know that the fence would be down for only one day.  He also told us that because of the bad weather that had been forecast, he would send two crews to complete the work.  The crews arrived on time to replace our fence and the next door neighbor's fence.  In less than three hours, both fences had been taken down and hauled away.  Both fences were completely replaced in approximately eight hours.  The crew and the supervisor were extremely polite and took care to not damage plants, patio furniture, etc.  That evening Mr. Huerta called to inquire how the job had been done.  We told him that we are extremely satisfied with the quality of the material and the work his crew had done.  The next day, he came to our home to inspect the work his crew had done and to ask if we had any questions or concerns about the work.  Only after he had been assured that we are satisfied and pleased with the work did he accept payment.  When asked for a recommendation for a sealer, he gave us information on the one that he uses.  He even emailed us a picture of the can's label.
