"We hope this honest response can be helpful to you and other readers. You came to us with a design that lacked several elements. We installed the siding that matches the home and is in the scope of work we created together. Moving forward our policy is to recreate and revise any pre-existing designs using our tools and collaborative design process. In addition to not paying the final invoice, you refused to pay several thousands of dollars of valid change orders. We provided goodwill discounts and did work to bring to code previous work done from past projects in order to pass inspections. We were asked to fix items we believe were not related to our work. In one case we were told to paint a wall reportedly damaged by our team, and our team had photos showing the damage occurred prior to our work. We completed all inspections, including the foundation inspection performed by your engineer, and closed the job and the permit. You all refused our request to join us for the final walk, stating instead you would put up blue tapes. We addressed all items and you moved into the addition. Moving forward our policy is that clients must meet us on site for walkthroughs. You tried to get the inspector to fail us - twice - pointing out items you insisted were incorrect. The inspector disagreed, yet you reported to our team that the inspector said these items failed, which was not true. Lacking collaboration, we requested to meet with the help of a trained mediator, which was unsuccessful. Upon receiving your email re: flooring we reached out to a mediator, communicated their availability within 24 hours of receiving your email, and stated our hope for agreement. Other client reviews note we have quickly addressed warranty issues, even after the warranty period, to give our clients the service they deserve. We believe all people are created equal, by the same creator, who has the same love for each of us. We hope the best for you and look forward to our meeting that was already scheduled when you posted your review."
