Kickboxing classes deliver a knee to the face of fat, burning up to 860 calories an hour with the high-energy striking moves of martial arts and boxing. All four limbs get in on the bag-bludgeoning action at iLoveKickboxing as each class provides a full-body workout that tones arms and legs while tightening the body's core and improving balance.

I have taken 5 classes at ilovekickboxing and I have to say I am hooked! The atmosphere is fun, but hard work is expected and acknowledged. Staff are enthusiastic, encouraging and supportive. From the moment I walked in, I was treated like family not only by the staff but by fellow classmates. The facility is super clean and well kept. Far better than ANY gym or other fitness activities I have experienced in the past. I highly recommend this facility!!!
You will get a good workout. The variety of exercises kept you moving and working all the muscles in your body. I thought I was going to give up during the first 20 minutes, but once I made it through and began punching and kicking, it was so much fun and at the end of the hour I was actually energized and smiling.
Be aware that there is a one time offer to sign up for a membership on your first visit at $100 discount. If you wait the signup fee is $197.00. There is no cancellation fee.
