Haul Guys

The workers showed up within 45 minutes after I first placed the call. Antony and Tyler were very professional, polite and extremely efficient. Had all materials loaded in less than an hour. Was not an easy task! I will definitely utilize their services again and highly recommend Haul Guys!

This is going to be a boring review because I have ZERO complaints. They called to give plenty of warning that they were on their way. Showed up promptly well within the service window. The 2 guys were polite and professional. They told me how much it would cost before they began work, even explaining the rough amount of sales tax. They had to take some pretty big pieces of furniture without a furniture dolly and they didn't scratch a thing on the way out. I will absolutely use them again if I need more hauling!

The Haul Guys were outstanding! My job was their second of the day after a very large load for another customer. Thetefore, their arrival time was approximate. They kept in touch with me, gave me sufficient notice of their exact arrival time & arrived on time. The workers identified themselves at the door & were very polite throughout the job. I was impressed by how quickly and efficiently they loaded my items. The cost was lower than any other quotes I received. I will definitely use them again, and have already reccommended theem to friends.

They showed up on the day scheduled--a little late because of another job taking too long. They completed the work based on the estimate. Overall, very satisfied with the work they did.

Arrived on time, gave a quote, (cheaper than several quotes from other highly rated providers) Hauled evrything away + cleaned up area. Above and beyond- Material was in corner of steeply sloped back yard. I was 100% satisfied- I will use them again. Cheaper, faster, sent me a bill, exceeded my expectations- I love Haul Guys!

Mark returned my call and scheduled a pick up for first thing the following morning. The workmen were on-time, courteous and efficient. We are moving and I'm having them come this afternoon (four days after first removal) to pick up a lot more. I would recommend The Haul Guys to anyone in the area.

Called them in the morning and trimmings were hauled away that day. I thought that I had at least two trailers full of trimmings. Tyler and Josh managed to make it into one trailer. Plus they raked the yard when they were done.

After doing a good amount of remodeling on a newly purchased home that needed a lot of work, my garage was totally full of construction debris. They mostly charge by volume, but my junk was largely very heavy and dusty. A large portion of it was a huge pile of broken ceramic tile and thinset dust that I jacked off the slab that covered most of the home. Very messy and dusty and heavy work, hence the high price. I was definitely willing to pay it because it would have been a nightmare to deal with it myself, having no truck. The guys made quick work of it and swept up when they were done. I was impressed with their professionalism, and they gave me a good quote before coming out when I sent them a photo of the garage.

Called this business, left a message and received a call back within 10 minutes to line up a junk haul off job for the next day. The crew arrived within the time frame promised and workers were professional and courteous. Would definitely use the haul guys again!

They were able to fit us in the same day I called them (Austin area). I couldn't be happier to get rid of the carpet and underlayment left over from a flooring job. They were also kind enough to take some broken down cardboard boxes .

I described what needed to be hauled off?a big pile of carpeting, and bags of nailed-covered wood?got an estimate, they came out to look at it, brought it in slightly under the estimate, and I now have a cleaner, safer garage.

I got home from a business trip and went to town on the massively-overgrown trees in our yard, thinking that neighborhood brush pickup was the upcoming week. Well, silly me, I'd missed it already by a week. So here I am with tons of brush and nowhere to put it. I emailed a few companies, but Haul Guys were able to come out the earliest (same day I contacted them). I was happy with their quote ($100), so I let them do their thing and cancelled the quote appointments I had with a couple of other companies. 5 minutes later, they were done and cut the cost down to $75 because it was a quick & easy job. I won't complain about that! The city was going to charge a minimum of $120 to come back out. In summary: fast, punctual, and very reasonably priced. They even swept up the leaves that were knocked onto my sidewalk and driveway! I would definitely use them again for any hauling needs.

Haul Guys are great! We were able to schedule them on short notice twice to come to our new home and remove trash and debris. This included materials from demolished closets, a water softener, and lots of moving trash. They were very responsive after the initial call, extremely polite and professional, HIGHLY punctual, and left the garage spotless both times- all of this at an extremely reasonable price. I will definitely use Haul Guys in the future!

The guys were very courteous. They were on time and professional. They were pretty quick too.

I called Haul Guys late Tuesday afternoon requesting to have my garage cleaned out from years of collecting and saving everything. The owner Mark gave me a price quote sight unseen. The guys showed up early Wednesday morning ready to work. They were very professional and courteous even asking about items they weren't sure whether to save or not. They cleaned up everything after finishing. I highly recommend Haul Guys and most certainly use them again when needed. I'm glad I found them. Thank you.

They were great. I have hired them for clients to get rid of stuff too. They have you take a photo and they give you an estimate based on that.

I had about a pile of tree trimmings that I put on the curb to be hauled Their sight unseen estimate was a bit lower than what they gave once they arrived. They did a good and quick job, even raked the grass next to the curb of all of the trimmings. I think that he knew that I was expecting a cheaper price from the initial estimate, and came down from 250 to 225 even though the pile did take up more than half of the trailer.

After reading reviews on Angieslist, I decided to contact Mark with Haul Guys to remove some brush and misc items from our home. He called me back the same day and after we discussed what size trailer would be needed, I sent him our address and we agreed on a day and time. He called an hour before arriving. He was on time, very professional and polite. He walked around and looked at everything to give me an exact price. It was very reasonable and they went to work. After removing the brush pile, they also raked all around the area for any small branches that were missed. They picked up items in the garage and swept that area too. My husband and I were highly impressed with the job they did. We wouldn't hesitate to use Haul Guys again.

Mark from Haul Guys was able to get me a same-day quote that was a great price, and had the shed removed the next day. He was absolutely professional and did everything he said he would. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

They removed a Hot Tub in a tight space surrounded by gardens.They were very careful not to disrupt any of the plants which was surprising. They also cleaned up the area where the tub had been. They responded very quickly to my call and were there the day that they said they would be. They were very polite and I would highly recommend them.

I would definitely use these guys again and will recommend them to friends. Communication was easy and professional, they showed up when they said they would, and they left the site VERY clean -- they even came in with a rake afterwards to catch every last piece of a junk pile that had been growing for years. Friendly, professional demeanor.
