The guys were courteous and professional. They arrived at the designated time and called 10 minutes before arriving. They asked if any of the items still worked that could be donated to Goodwill which I replied that many of the items could be repaired or recycled. They had everything loaded, swept the area and were gone within 15 minutes.

Said would arrive between 6:30 A.M. and 7. Arrived at 7:15 after calling at 7. No big deal. Took them 5 minutes to throw 3 items on top of truck and then told me that normal fee would be minimum $75 but because we were in Georgetown (actually half way between Leander and Georgetown) they would need to charge $25 more. Since they are out of Cedar Park, I don't consider myself outside of their normal service area and the $25 extra fee seems to be an opportunity fee, since they said they were coming from another Georgetown pickup this morning. If they are going to charge extra for areas they list on their web site as servicing, they need to disclose it. If they had I would have used someone else that doesn't consider me "outside their area."

Very responsive and prompt. Called to let me know exactly when they would arrive. Crew very polite and got to work immediately. They were very efficient about getting the job done. Best $125.00 I've spent in a while! I would definitely use them again!

They were a little late in their arrival but they called us to let us know this. They removed the items quickly and answered my questions about what kind of things they will haul. I really liked them and will definitely use them again.

What happened? All of the reviews have been stellar, so why me? I get a call that the next day they will come and will call by noon to confirm, but don't get a call till at least 4 pm when I am no longer available. Then I was told I would receive a call today before they were scheduled to arrive. Nothing. No call at all. Very disappointed. I guess I am the lone negative. Who knows.

They called before coming, were on time and very efficient. Tyler and Anthony did a great job. They are efficient and courteous. We had a very heavy item and they had no trouble taking it out and loading it on their truck. We will definitely use Haul Guys again if the need arises. Price was very reasonable.

I have nothing but good things to say about Haul Guys. They repsonded to my email/voicemail the same day, set up a day and time to pick up our stuff. They called the day before to confirm the appt. The day of, they arrived on time and were really nice. I will definitely be calling them again for anything else we need hauled off.

The workers showed up within 45 minutes after I first placed the call. Antony and Tyler were very professional, polite and extremely efficient. Had all materials loaded in less than an hour. Was not an easy task! I will definitely utilize their services again and highly recommend Haul Guys!

This is going to be a boring review because I have ZERO complaints. They called to give plenty of warning that they were on their way. Showed up promptly well within the service window. The 2 guys were polite and professional. They told me how much it would cost before they began work, even explaining the rough amount of sales tax. They had to take some pretty big pieces of furniture without a furniture dolly and they didn't scratch a thing on the way out.
I will absolutely use them again if I need more hauling!

The Haul Guys were outstanding! My job was their second of the day after a very large load for another customer. Thetefore, their arrival time was approximate. They kept in touch with me, gave me sufficient notice of their exact arrival time & arrived on time. The workers identified themselves at the door & were very polite throughout the job. I was impressed by how quickly and efficiently they loaded my items. The cost was lower than any other quotes I received. I will definitely use them again, and have already reccommended theem to friends.

Arrived on time, gave a quote, (cheaper than several quotes from other highly rated providers) Hauled evrything away + cleaned up area. Above and beyond- Material was in corner of steeply sloped back yard. I was 100% satisfied- I will use them again. Cheaper, faster, sent me a bill, exceeded my expectations- I love Haul Guys!

Mark returned my call and scheduled a pick up for first thing the following morning. The workmen were on-time, courteous and efficient. We are moving and I'm having them come this afternoon (four days after first removal) to pick up a lot more. I would recommend The Haul Guys to anyone in the area.

Called them in the morning and trimmings were hauled away that day. I thought that I had at least two trailers full of trimmings.
Tyler and Josh managed to make it into one trailer. Plus they raked the yard when they were done.
