Not very well. On the first visit the technician replaced the rollers, which made the door quieter and easier to open. but didn't solve the opener problem. He took our order for a new wifi garage door opener to be installed. We waited a week for them to contact us or just return to install the new opener. No word. No visit. No new garage door opener. We called them. No explanation for dropping our order. Scheduled a visit to install an opener. The technician who arrived installed the opener but was not professional or accommodating. Total wait time: two weeks.

Delivery/install was 2 weeks late. Sales manager never did return any calls. I had to call several times to reach him since he would not return calls. Installers were very nice and punctual AFTER the 2 week deliver delay. I would have appreciated a call from sales manager to let me know of delay.

Schedule the day after I purchased. Representative called 15 minutes before he arrived and arrived on time. He worked quickly and well. He was very professional, made an effort to not watch when I entered the door code. I couldn't be more pleased.

Technician lubed the rail, adjusted the down force and adjusted the springs. The problem still exists but only rarely, so I think it is more of a weather humidity issue.

It was good. I had to pay more because the technician said he had to add some rollers to the garage door. It was $100 extra. It was okay. I booked it from Angie's List. The technician who came over did not know that I had booked them through Angie's List and he was quoting me a high price. Later on, I explained him and then he looked at it and he changed the rollers. It was not a normal tuneup. It has been working good for me. The technician who came was good.

We had purchased the Angie's Deal for The LiftMaster My Q garage door opener. They came out at the agreed upon time, installed the garage door opener and ran us through the operation of the wall unit and remote. It's been perfect with no issues.

It turned out good. They came very quickly. I didn't have to buy any parts or anything like that. My garage door is working just fine. There weren't anything bad about it at all, no pain. It took 25 minutes to fix the issue. I've never had anything like it done before but it was worth that [rice to have it done.

It went excellent. The price is pretty good. They are very quick to get back to you and to schedule with you.The technician that came out were very helpful. He programmed two extra remotes at no extra charge.They do things that make it a lot easier on you. I would absolutely use them again.
