"Hi Wes, I am just seeing this review and I thought I would try to get you a response. Sorry for the delay. First, regarding the delay in the doors. You are correct, it should not take two months to get an 8 x 7 door from the vendor. We stock some colors but your color was not one of them and we had to do a custom order. Unfortunately, the vendor has experienced massive growth last year with the housing market rebound and has had problems keeping up. After factory upgrades they are better now. We bought more than a million dollars worth of doors for them last year and more this year. We are not "Hurtsville for Money" and that is an unfair statement. Regarding your opener, I do agree that the A/C motor chain drive is a little noisy and recommend the DC motor openers from LiftMaster if noise is a major concern. To that end, I will credit you the amount that you paid for the operator minus $150 and replace it with a brand new DC Motor 8550 operator head. That is their best operator and you can check out it's operation in our showroom if you would like. "Hi. Depending on the operator and the specials going on, the battery may or may not be included. If you still want the battery, please call the office and ask for Don or Ric and we will give and install the battery for free. Thank you for your business and I am sorry about the confusion regarding the battery. It is a similar story with remotes, at times the vendor will have specials and include a second remote with the operator. Most of the time there is only one and we have to pay for the second. Don"
