I’ve had a clogged drain since the weekend. I had been busy and was trying to clear the problem myself. When I finally couldn’t figure the problem out I finally called around on Wednesday using the bigger companies around and no one could come out until The following Monday or next Thursday. Finally resorted to Angi, thankfully Ben Franklin picked up my stress signal and called me to schedule for a tech to come that afternoon. So relieved and scared that this problem could’ve been costly. Well, they called me about an hour later and said are you available for us to come out immediately! Yass!!!! Even more ecstatic that my situation can be seen this morning. Tech came out and immediately started working and figuring out the solution. Tim was courteous, communicable and very helpful. Needles to say I am a very appreciative customer. Thank you for your immediate responses!

We had to get the manufacturer on the phone and walk us through the process. In the end, it was not fixed and plumber recommended I get a new water softener system. It was going to cost me just under $5000.00 plus an annual maintenance that I figured out to be around $400 - $600 per year. I'm working on another option.

My water heater went out on Wednesday. I called my home warranty people -- I couldn't get anyone in until Monday afternoon. I called another company. They gave me a huge quote without even seeing the problem and they couldn't get there until Saturday. Benjamin Franklin calls me (I had gone through Home Advisor). They could be here in 35 minutes! DONE! Our serviceman was polite, considerate about COVID, and fast. Within an hour I was up and running again at a very REASONABLE cost! Not much more than my home warranty was costing me! I would definitely call Benjamin Franklin again! It's just so nice having hot water again. Thank you!!!!

I would definitely hire them again and I would recommend them to anyone. The service man showed what he was going to do and told why he was doing it. It was well worth the money I spent.

Was charged to run a camera, but was told their equipment couldn?t save the video. Had this done twice before and they offered the video to me. Now after spending $350, I will have to spend it again to get estimates from other companies to fix the problem. I?d rather use a company that is a little higher tech for that price.
