It was done immediately before Boyd had back surgery, and he just didn't do a good job. It never worked. I was looking to get the self propelled feature on the vacuum repaired, but it didn't work, and I didn't want any hassle, so I didn't go back. I thought the price would have been reasonable if it had worked.

Cyndy is very knowledgeable about vacuums which was helpful because I haven't shopped for a vacuum in 10 years. She demonstrated the vacuums in the store and explained the various features on different levels of vacuums. She wanted to be sure I purchased the vacuum that was right for my house and lifestyle. Barron's is very customer oriented.
The Miele vacuum is very quiet and easy to use. I'm very pleased with my selection of brand and model.

I was in a situation where I really needed to have it serviced. He was on his way to North Carolina to visit a relative but he still came to service the vacuum. They didn't overcharge me at all. I felt the price was very reasonable. I would go out of my way to go there.
