Promptly returned my call & showed up 30 minutes earlier than scheduled. Diagnosed problem right away & had parts on truck to fix door. I was thinking of upgrading the lift motor, but Chris informed me the old one was still in great shape and should last quite a bit longer. Talked himself out of selling me a new motor. Honesty & integrity. Will use them again & recommend them to others.
