Overall, the service was really good and the gentleman sent was very professional. I gave a poor grade for responsiveness due to the delay (two days) in responding to my Angie's List request. I had to contact Cen Tex directly to get them to come out. The other thing is they offer a one year supply of septic treatment - don't count on it. I didn't receive it because I had to call them for the service.

The workers arrived when scheduled, preformend the work for the agreed cost and offered advice on how to treat for roots that may be in the drain lines.
The workers were courtious, clean and efficent.
The ladies I talked to in the office were friendly, quoted right on the money, and were courteous. By about 1:30-2 I had not heard from them, so I called to find out when they might be coming. We did have a slight misunderstanding about the time frame, but they were eager to get a truck out to me to that afternoon and the driver (Jason) showed up within the hour of my call.
Jason was professional, courteous and arrived shortly after the call from the office that he was in the area. He was extremely helpful and informative on my system and answered all my questions. He quickly dug up the area where the cap was located (I already knew the general area from the previous pumping years before) and got to pumping the tank underway all within 20 minutes. He replaced the tank cap and filled in the dirt dug up to find the cap, cleaned up my hose and put it back where found.
This was one of the best experiences I have had with a repair/service company They charged me exactly what they
quoted. I highly recommend this company to anyone that may need their services and I would definitely use them again in the future. Very professional and a pleasure to do business with.
