process, the grout was not clean. They apologized, and offered some upgraded service for more
cost. They should have done a test first, and then refunded the money when
they found that they could not perform service to completion. The story was that we had used some
sealant in past that was not compatible with their cleaning. (We had only used
Home Depot grout sealer.) Was disappointed in Angie?s list for selling a service that is not backed up.
In my business, I ONLY charge the customer after they are completely satisfied.
As the carpet was drying, I thought it looked better than most other times we've had it cleaned (by other companies). However, I wanted to reserve judgment until it was totally dry, because in the past, sometimes spots reappear shortly after drying. But much to my delight, when the carpet dried it looked just as great as when Christina left! She got out spots that had been there for quite awhile and definitely rejuvenated the carpet! I am a very satisfied customer, and I will definitely call them again!

"Sorry to hear the pet treatment was not as helpful as you would have liked. Since the pet treatment is topical it is very hard to completely get rid of all smells especially if pet issues are in the pad and maybe the sub floor. I recommend, continued use of 1/2 and 1/2 vinegar and water to treat carpet after pet accidents. Please call me and remind me of your treatment and we can discuss other avenues to fix your particular problem areas. Hope this helps looking forward to meeting you again."

My only problem was that I had to move some furniture in advance since they told me in advance that they did not normally move furniture. It was very difficult for me (age 79) to move several LazyBoy recliners to my patio and utility room so they could clean beneath them..

"Thank you for your recent review. I do try to respond to every phone call within 24 hours of receiving. I do apologize if we were delayed a bit because of the response we get when running deals. Since I have to wear several hats at Snyder’s I am in the field as well as answering phone. Our available scheduling is posted online as Monday thru Friday. We give everyone a two hour window with a call when we are headed your direction so that it is more convenient to meet us there from work or know when we will be arriving. I hope this helps with future scheduling, we are more than willing to work with customers to the best of our ability. We also appreciate the reviews because we cannot fix what we don’t know is broken so greatly appreciated and looking forward to seeing you again soon."

Whereas the Angies List's sales brochure shows a clear contrast of ALL 100% of grouts being cleaned dramatically (from dirty dark grout lines before cleaning TO clean very light grout lines after cleaning), in my case only approximately 40% of the grout lines in my masters bathroom show such improvement.
The remaining 60% show inperceptible improvement in cleanliness - meaning they still look as dark as they were before cleaning.
If I had known that cleaning only improves a portion of the grout lines, I would not have bothered purchasing the service.
That being said the service professionals were punctual, professional, and pleasant to work with. Iwas just very disappointed by the end result.
