Absolutely fantastic service and cost. Had 3 other bids that was way off, and actually had already used one other provider that didn't solve the problem.

The service was excellent. The owner was arrived to perform services on time. He was very nice and professional. The job was done quickly.

Heating and Air repair/install places are notorious for being all over the place. I find that the worst places are ones that advertise on radio and tv. The markup on their repair parts is crazy. After carefully reading through dozens of reviews on Angies List I came across Accutemp and knew I was on to something. When the time came to replace my second heat pump/ AC system in the house I had Accutemp come out and bid it. I got three bids for the job and Accutemp was the lowest by a decent amount. Overall we were happy with them. Steve promptly came out and gave me a price right away. He pulled a permit and began work on the system within 2 days. There was a bit of a problem (we had some sort of a short in a wire) that caused this to be a 2 day install rather than a half day. Still, Steve kept to his word and billed his estimate. I would use them again and I have already recommended them to two friends.

Steve the technician arrived at the estimated time and performed the work in about hour and a half. He indicated that both units were low on freon because the caps on the fill lines were not fastened tightly enough. He gave me recommendations on the type of filters to use. I would not hesitate to use AccuTemp AC services again.

This company is highly rated for good reason. We are very happy with the level of service we received. Everything went very well.

We are new to the Georgetown TX area so we are very grateful for Angie's list and for Accutemp for living up to their previous ratings. Will definitely look to them in the future if we need.

Steve and Rafael are simply the most friendly, honest, and professional A/C people I've ever dealt with - including other highly rated AC companies on Angies List. As a matter of fact, I'm not sure I've ever had such good experiences with ANY other service-oriented companies. They've serviced my old unit a couple of times and their quote on a replacement was extremely reasonable. Never using anyone else.

The service was unbeatable! Our downstairs AC unit wasn't working. Other providers quoted us thousands of dollars to raplace a lot of expensive parts. Steve came in, found a couple things wrong, replaced the parts, and the unit has been working great. All of this for only a couple hundred dollars.In short, they are honest, quick, and offer good prices. I am now a lifetime customer.

We were supposed to have these installed a few days ago, but there had been an A/C emergency at a church that AccuTemp had to deal with first, and that job took longer than expected...but being in Texas, we completely understand A/C emergencies! They stayed in contact with us through the morning, and when we could no longer wait for the installation that day (due to other plans), they rescheduled us at our convenience and said that we were the priority for this appointment. Sure enough, first thing this morning, we got the call that the technician was on his way! The work was done well and timely, and we'll use them again!

Great! Steve gave me an estimate over the phone on Friday because I was traveling when the unit broke down. We decided to go with the higher SEER unit, so a City inspection was required. On Monday, they installed the new system in one afternoon. Steve arranged for a City inspection a few days later and it passed inspection so we can get a rebate. Great job!

Checked Angies List because a company we had used in the past had merged into another company. Had that experience before where the big company buys the name and number of a smaller ac contractor. Saw the excellent ratings of Accutemp. Called and the phone was answered quickly. A repairman was sent out about four hours later and quickly disagnosed the problem. The broken part was replaced and we had a working ac unit an hour later. Very reasonable price. Excellent service. Checked all 3 units without any additional cost. The bigger companies want $50-80 per additional unit to spend a few minutes checking puron levels and operation. Will recommend and use accutemp again in the future. Thank you so much.

Steve is awesome (and I generally don't rave about service calls). I had a non-working A/C on a 105 degree day and he was able to make it out that same day. He kept me updated on his status. He was incredibly friendly, never tried to sell me anything and seemed more like a helpful neighbor than someone who is running a business. I am calling him when I needed to replace my unit.

Steve was really nice from the beginning and tried to accomodate me in their busy schedule. They are not very good at scheduling but besides that they are an excellent company, I definitely recommend them. They are honest, don't over charge and really nice.

I found Steve to be very honest, straight-forward, and punctual...everything you want in a service provider. He found that the condenser motor was broken and repaired it. He had to return once to fix an air leak in the attic because the system was not cooling enough, but there was no charge for the 2nd fix.

Steve is very nice, very responsive, reasonably priced and friendly. A welcome change from the big name companies that charge you ridiculous amounts for parts and service calls. Steve come across honest and mature. He clearly cares about doing a good job and is not out to hose anyone. I Highly recommend him!

Steve had good communication from my first phone call. We were his second appointment on a Saturday. His first appointment took longer than anticipated, but Steve called twice to keep us informed. Said the unit was in good working condition (didn't try and sell me anything else). He was very professional and appeared very honest. We'll definitely use him the next time we need AC service or repair.

For my house it was the third time I have had someone out to look at drainage issue. After a thorough checking found out problem and fixed it. Will use again. For my mother's house he was very knowledgeable and fixed the problem. He knows what he is doing.

Air conditioner failed on holiday Saturday! Reached Steve on the phone (NO VOICE MAIL) amazing. He was extremely responsive and was able to fit me in within the hour. Service was quick, complete and very fairly priced since he could have really gouged me. I have a warranty and THEY stunk! Monday was the best they could do.

The service went well. I had previously used Accu-Temp for a furnace problem late in the previous year and have been very pleased with the service. The A/C checkup went well. Steve was very thorough with the checkup and suggested that I make a free appointment in the future after it warms up so that he could re-check the freon charge when more load could be placed on the unit (it was a chilly morning).

Accutemp arrived promptly at the appointed time. I had had at least two other companies unsuccessfully diagnose my air conditioning problem which turned out to be a rusted air blower wheel. The system had been freezing up intermittently...more often than not.. Accutemp was very methodical in it's diagnosis and even verified with the AC manufacturer to ensure that all the specifications were correct. There were problems with the coil running cold and the amperage being drawn on the blower motor was wrong. After further investigation they discovered the rusted blower wheel. They ordered a new wheel and reinstalled and retested everything and it now meets specs. The system has been running all weekend without problems. The service charge was extremely reasonable. The only minor complaint I have was that it took longer than he originally estimated to get the blower wheel because it was not available locally. I understand that. The only thing is that it would have been nice to have had a phone call advising me of the delay which is why I downgraded "responsiveness" to a B. But that is a very minor complaint especially since after he did get the replacement part he went out of his way to promptly schedule a time convenient to me to finish the job. I will certainly use them again and strongly recommend them based on my experience.

I was very pleased with the result of AccuTemp`s work from start to finish. He assessed the need the day I called him. He located a unit (from another city), ordered it and installed it in a prompt manner when it arrived. I appreciate the professional manner that he conducts business.

The heating system in our house wouldn't start. I called Accu-Temp at 9:00 AM and talked with Steve who was very friendly. He called a while later to let me know he was on his way. He was at my house by 10:30 AM and had my heater repaired in less than an hour. While he was diagnosing and fixing the heater, he was happy to answer my questions and explain what he was doing. In addition to fixing the immediate problem, he identified a problem with the heater's main circuit board. He could have easily convinced me to go ahead and replace the circuit board and make an additional $350. Instead, he explained the pros and cons and said the replacement wasn't essential to do at this time. Steve and his partner, Alan, were prompt, professional, friendly, and honest about what work was essential and what could wait. I highly recommend Accu-Temp and will call them if I need any HVAC work in the future.
