I set an appointment from 9-12 and then took the morning off from work. Of course by 2:00 in the afternoon that still had not shown up. So, I told them I could not wait any longer, and then setup a time (more like demanded a time that Saturday between 3-4pm. They arrived promptly at 3:15 and also gave me 10% off. While the wasted time is a huge annoyance, they did good work. I would have given them a 4 or 4.5 out of 5 if they had shown up when they promised.

Friendly, timely service...was somewhat dissapointed that we had a communication error. I thought they were replacing a double hung window that had become fogged. They replaced only the bottom and I was somewhat taken aback by the fee. I found another company through my brother (a contractor) who came and later replaced the top at half the cost. Not sure I would use Glass Doctor again, knowing what I know now. But they were very nice and professional.

I called them and they said they would send someone between 1 pm and 5 pm on Monday. On MOnday I got a call at 12:25 telling me the glass technician would arrive within the hour; he arrived about an hour later and gave me a detailed estimate. I approved and he started the job right away. I work from my home and he was very quiet; he replaced the two windows glass in about 1 -1/2 hr and cleaned up after he was done. Windows look like brand new. He was very polite too; I am glad I have someone to fix glass if I ever need them again, I wil call them back.

They came out on a Monday and gave an estimate. We scheduled for the next day, I gave a down pymt. They didn't show up on Tues, Wed or Thurs with no communication from them. I finally called them on Thurs and they came out on Friday and repaired the window. The installer was a little irritated that he had to take the storm window off but I helped him and in the end everything worked out.
