The techs arrived looked at the plumbing under the sink and said they didn't know if they could install the disposal due to an usual setup of my plumbing. The guys said they needed to contact their master plumber to know how to handle the job and left.
I tried four times to contact them to learn if they could do the job, but the company kept forgetting to follow up and tell me if they could install the disposal. I contacted another plumber they installed the disposal no problems.
Overall:
I respect the fact they didn’t' try a job they were not knowledgeable of and they didn’t try to charge me for a job that never happened. I’ve used them before and would use the company again.

They changed a washer behind the spout and It took 10 minutes...problem solved.

I booked an appointment to replace my faucet through my home warranty. I contacted Elite within the hour of them being assigned and restated my problem, which was that the faucet was a total bust and would need replacing. I went a step further and said I purchased a replacement faucet because I did not want grade quality that warranty covered. The young lady on the phone said okay but not before responding that she was new to every question I asked. She placed me on hold to supposedly have my questions answered but returned empty-handed. When the plumbers arrived and discovered they would have to actually work they said I needed to schedule an appointment for the actual replacement. He said they had a certain amount of time allotted for the call and it would take longer than that. On an unrelated matter my home warranty said they would not pay any portion of the replacement cost.
When I said to Elite I want to work outside of the warranty directly with you and get the faucet replaced today they plumber said I had already exceeded my time limit with them having to call the warranty to company regarding coverage. With that said he indicated he was not here to argue and left. When I called Elite offices the person I spoke with said to take it up with my warranty company. I said if you knew you were coming for a faucet replacement why would you allot a 20-30min visit? I went further to say
if I was opting out of the warranty why was that still being discussed and couldn’t we just replace the faucet today. She hung up. I am of the strongest opinion that they were entirely motivated to book a second visit for nothing more than additional financial gain . The plumber even said they were not here to repair but to determine what the problem was. I trapped him in a lie and he admitted to having everything needed to replace the faucet for my brand and then he said it was only a kit in the event it was an existing faucet. Needless to say I was furious and would recommend you not use them and if assigned through your home warranty asked to be reassigned immediately.

Ive used Elite Plumbing on a referral for our rental properties in the Carrollton area. He is always friendly, honest, and very professional. He has routinely always come in way below the bids or estimates of other plumbers. When I figured out that we had a slab leak underneath the 1/2 bath adjoined to our gameroom; I did not hesistate to call Elite Plumbing.
He located the leak by removing the toilet, then spent a few hours diagnosing and repairing it. He later filled the area with new concrete and cleaned up. Im always satisfied with his work and will always refer him to other when I can.

He is prompt and honest. His prices are reasonable and he is very dependable.

I had several people come in and one said it couldn't be done and another said it would be $2400. It required the bottom of the fireplace to be drilled out. He came out and repaired it in 2 hours for $89 an hour. I feel very comfortable with him in my home. He's a good guy. I have already referred him to several friends.

This guy is now our plumber!

They finished under the estimate. The left the area clean (they even cleaned the mirrors!). The new sinks works very well and are solid. Very good job.

I can't think of a better plumbing company; they are just excellent all around. They are very swift and very good. They took under an hour and everything was working perfect when they were done. I would recommend these guys to anybody. They did an excellent job.
