They had a promotion where you received a certf for Fuller's Jewelry and I had to argue and beg to get mine. I hired them to clean carpets and 2 rugs. Joe, the tech at my house, texted numerous times while working, even while I was standing beside him waiting for the invoice amount to pay. I had trouble explaining to them the overcharge on the invoice at a later date and getting a refund. He did not move or clean around some small pieces of furniture that could have been moved. He only cleaned half way into a walk-in closet, did not clean the carpet that was accessible inside a mattress frame, and when I asked him about the black smudge left on the carpet he stated that he really tried to clean it and it just would not come clean. I was able to clean the spot myself completely with little effort. When he cleaned one of the rugs he rolled it up and said he'd leave it like that to dry. Well, ok, but I thought that was weird. It was so wet that when I tried to move it it left water streaked heavily all over the floor. It was just soppy wet!!! It soured and smelled terrible. I called and asked that someone return to clean the rug again. Scott is TERRIBLE about calling you back. I believe that I had to have them clean it twice before the sour smell was gone. I had them pick up the rug, which they tried to charge me extra for. This process took a month before it was all complete and I had my rug back. I told Joe that I had just had back surgery and that I could not move anything. I had to sit on the floor and push the rug, as it was rolled up and wet, out of my way so that I could walk through my kitchen. He suggested that I have him spray an animal repellent/odor remover on the carpet to keep them from soiling the same areas. Well, that was a waste of good money. A friend's dog had urinated on the front arm panel of my sofa and I asked Joe if he could just clean that spot for me. Well, he claimed that he had, but he didn't ,as it still felt sticky and smelled, too. I now use Dalworth who have been wonderful.

We had about 3000 square feet of carpet and two sofas cleaned. The men arrived promptly, got right to work and were polite. I had prepared for them by removing all clutter and lamps from small tables. Many I had removed from carpeted areas. I found out that if I had not moved them, they did not. Smaller upholstered chairs, chairs on casters, lamp tables that were difficult for me to move alone, they also did not move but cleaned around. A small bench at foot of bed, a small loveseat, they also did not move but cleaned around. There was no reasonable excuse for this. I understand liability in moving heavy items like dressers or beds. The only thing they disclaimed when they started was they would not move any antiques. Furthermore, one of the sofas would have required bending over to get the sides as it was in a tighter space, but considering the cat hair that was still there after they left, it was apparent they did not extend themselves. They are coming back to complete that. I would never use these people again regardless of their claim of 'no detergents'. Who cares if they don't cover the carpet in the first place!

2 technicians arrived on time - one guy to clean and the other to try to sell extra services. I told the lady when I made the appointment that we had just bought the house, the carpets were old and badly stained. She assured me they could treat the stains and get the carpets clean, and since there wasn't any furniture they would do all 4 bedrooms for $99. Yay! She didn't mention the stain treatment cost an extra $60 per room! No way!! The whole time they were there, 1 guy cleaned and the other badgered my husband to add services. Not happy with the results of the carpet cleaning either.

They were fine. They don't use detergent so they are less likely to leave a residue on your carpet. The carpets are probably a little drier when they are done. They use what they call empowered water, which is a little different, and they made suggestions as well. They did a good job and the carpet looked much cleaner after they finished and stayed clean. They are a little pricey.

The technician explained that my slate floor needed to be cleaned and sealed again because a one year sealant had been used the last time. In other words I would need to pay another $800 for a service that had been done only 9 months before! The upshot of this is that the previous technicians had not explained that there was a much longer lasting sealant that could have been applied last December - a 25 year product! Which I would have chosen had I known. I called the company and left a message for the manager. He has not returned my call. My recommendation to the public is to use ZeroRez for carpet cleaning only. They have handled that service well but it will always cost more that you think.

See above statement.
On the following Monday I received an email follow asking if I was satisfied with the work to which I replied that the rugs still smelled but the carpet was okay. I left town the day after they cleaned (Friday) and was gone all week-end. When I left town the carpet was still wet, but when I returned the order was WORSE than before they cleaned.A manager did call me to inquire to the situation last Monday. Today I tried again to return the phone call and after being on hold for 6.5 minutes I was told he was in a meeting and would call me back. He never did.To pay $336 for NOTHING is a complete insult.

I booked an appointment with Zerorez and told them I was flexible on start time but they needed to be done by 2:30. I was told that was no problem and the cost was $89 for 3 rooms, $33 per room after that and $5 a step. My total would have been $450. They wouldn't quote me a price over the phone for my area rugs because they needed to see them so that would be an additional charge. They called to confirm my appointment 2 days before and told me they would be here between 11-1:30. I explained again they needed to be done by 2:30 and asked it they would need to reschedule. I was assured the job would be done to my satisfaction by 2:30. The morning of the appointment I moved ALL of the furniture out of the room and vacuumed as recommended when I made the appointment. At 1:45 the technician called me and told me he was 5 minutes away. I informed him the job needed to be completed by 2:30 and so he decided not to show up at all. When I called Zerorez again I was put on hold for 15 minutes and told they would need to reschedule. When I spoke to the manager Kevin his was very apathetic and said they could come out at 5:00 pm or 8:00 the next morning, the job would take approximately 3 hours. When I asked what kind of discount they would offer he told me they would clean 1 room free (a $33 value). I expressed that was not satisfactory and since I would have to move the furniture back and then move it again they needed to do better and he said "no, and that all of this was in the past and there was nothing he could do about it". He would not do anything to try and me accommodating or helpful. I needed the service performed during the day so that the carpet would have time to dry before it was used and my own schedule. I held up my end of the contract and they had no interest in holding up theirs.

The actual cleaning service was acceptable, although the drying time of 2 - 4 hours I was quoted (and what they advertise on the radio) was completely unrealistic. The real problem was with the appointment process. I asked for the first available Monday when the technician could be there early in the day/first job of the day. The rep said no problem, 3 weeks out, which was okay. Then the Friday before the appointment another rep contacted me for verification and said and quot;I have you down for between 4:00 and 6:00 (p.m.). When I said no, that was not the original appointment, she said yes it was, and it could not be adjusted.
I asked again for the next Monday when the service could be performed early in the day, and was told that is not possible (in a somewhat condescending and haughty tone). I should have just cancelled and gone elsewhere. Their radio ad asserts how much they want to make me and quot;a raving happy customerand quot; or something like that, but in practice they did not make any effort to work with me when the scheduling misunderstanding was all their own. I give the technician credit for phoning ahead, also for being efficient and courteous.

Appointment was Tuesday, 3rd Apr. Service provider showed up on time, pleasant and professional.
Advertised special was 3 rooms for $89. For that I got, bedroom, living room, a guest half bath, and a full bathroom. I paid an extra $40 to have a half flight of stairs done. I did this mainly because of some residue left from previous cleaning. The residue didn't come out, so the extra $40 was a waste of money. There was also an $8 travel charge, for total of $147.
Their truck had its own tanks of clean water, unlike some that need to use your outside faucet.

Some old spots that have been unaffected in previous cleanings are much reduced, almost gone.
Others spots that I expected to come out completely didn't come out.

When I've had cleaning by another provider, they vacuumed before cleaning including the crevices at the base boards. Zerorez did not do this. Other cleaners have put blocks or water barrier under every furniture leg to prevent water touching the furniture. Zerorez only did this on one chair, though I can't see any ill effects from not doing it.

For the most part the carpet looks nice and clean, but a number of spots didn't come out that I didn't think would be difficult, and expected would be eliminated, because similer ones have come out before.
Looking at the big stain in front of the sofa, I feel like I still need to have the carpet cleaned, so I rate C for several unsightly spots not coming out, and less effort spent in preparation than I am used to.
I expect next time I will go back to the company I previously used.

Showed up on time. Cleaned the carpet but did not move any piece of furniture. Serviceman was allowed to quote, at residence, additional service of pet Scotchquard for additional $100.Not professional. After the service was performed I reveived paid invlice in the mail stating that the pet guard was not guaranteed. Also received the song and dance for additional service. Had to wait while cleaner was sprayed on the kitchen tile to show me that it needed cleaning etc. Won't use again.

Our carpets are 20 years old and I have had them cleaned but they never felt clean, but when they got done they were soft. They use only water. They do not use any chemicals what so ever. I would highly recommend them. I was impressed. I did not want to use chemicals anymore and heard them on the radio, so I decided to give them a try.
