Watermark Plumbing

After looking at the good reviews, I contacted the company to change the two old gas water heaters at my new house. My call was taken promptly. They were on-site the following day providing an estimate. The price was all right. Per my request, they came on-site a week later and removed the old water heaters, installed the new ones, changed the plumbing connections, and also installed WAGS valves for both. They started on-time and finished the job in about six hours. They were professional and nice. They provide warranty on their work. I would use them again.

We had a problem with the water purifier and when we bought the house, they told us that it worked, but it did not. I took it out and the piping that went around to it. I left it there and capped it off with the other end, so I called him and he came out and did a good job and he used the copped piping. It was leaking the first time he did the job, but he re-did the part that was leaking and he was good. He gave me 10% discount as a senior citizen discount and another 25% discount. I was very pleased with his work and professionalism.

This company is very professional on the phone and all the people were nice. I found the work to be very expensive for the servives that were performed.

The plumber took out the old sink and put in a new one. He also checked my hot water heaters. The service provided by the plumber was okay. It wasn?t very great, but it was probably good as anybody else. He did what he said he was going to do. The only complain that I have about him is that, we had him put a little hot water heater unit under the sink so that the water in the kitchen would get hot faster. I had to turn it on and let the water run for a while before it would get hot. So, every time I turned my dishwasher, washing machine or anything else in my kitchen, I had to turn the water on and let it run. So the little unit that he fixed under the sink was supposed to heat the water and was supposed to get hot immediately. Now I have to turn it on and run the cold water, as the cold water is warm. When I called him back, he said that there was no fault in his work. He said that there was some defect in the unit that he installed under the sink. The recirculation wasn?t the plumbers fault and so, he didn?t come to fix that. We didn?t buy the hot water heater unit from the plumber, but we bought it ourselves. The price charged by the plumber was fair.

They were very prompt, professional and didn't complain at all about digging in my horrible black clay soil in the hot August sun. The repair was done before I knew it. They even saved out all the rocks they came across in the ground so I could put them out in my garden. Thanks guys. :)

I called for an estimate on Tankless and conventional water heaters to do a cost benefit comparison to determine which would type would be the best for me. I was told that someone had to come to my home and it would cost $39 for the estimate. Other providers are giving free estimates. They did say that if I chose them to do the work, the $39 would be applied to the job.

They were very friendly. The guy that I talked to on the phone came out and did the service for me. There was no pressure at all. He did whatever I needed him to do.

John and Peter where good at explaining the job and what needed to be done. Job went as stated and they did a great job in cleaning up and making sure everything was complete.

The price he quoted was exactly what it cost. He only took 15 minutes, so either he is efficient or is overpriced.

Plumber and assistant arrived right on time for an early morning appointment and got right to work. Both took off their shoes in the house to keep from tracking in dirt. Took them about 45 minutes to check over the whole hot water heating system. The couldn't find any obvious causes for the problem with the pilot light. Plumber recommended replacing the system, as the existing tank heater is about 7 years old and the typical lifespan is 6 - 10 years. He gave a good estimate and offered competitive prices on both new tank and tankless water heaters.

It took longer than I preferred to receive an initial response from my email request but after I finally decided to have the work performed they were very flexible and offered convenient times. I provided photos in my email and they gave a very clear response and quote for the work to be performed.

Watermark showed up promptly when they said they would and got the job done quickly. They cleaned up when done and did a good job. I've had similar work done by other people for less money but they weren't available. The price seemed high but it's been a while since the other job was done.

They were very responsive. Estimate was very basic, but then hard to tell when you can't access the plumbing until the wall is cut. Also, did not understand up front that the sheetrock was left unrepaired and I need to schedule that with someone that is an expert in that area. I understand that plumbers aren't sheetrock experts, but still that should be explained on the estimate so I'm aware I need to schedule someone else to fix that. Luckily I know a good sheetrock repairman.

They arrived within about 3 hours of our call. They checked the bathroom area, didn't find a plumbing cause for the odor. He said it might be a dead rodent in the attic. He checked the attic and found evidence that there had been rodents up there and the smell was strong up there. Evidently at least one had died up there, causing the odor. He suggested we call an exterminator. He said there was no charge for the call even though he spent at least half an hour here. My husband offered to pay him something but he said no charge. My husband was impressed by his thoroughness and professionalism. We will definitely call Watermark next time we need a plumber.

They are wonderful. They do all of the work very well. They are always on time. They are clean and dependable. They are willing to problem solve and think things over so that you are not always paying the most money. It is kind of a family run business which is really nice. They are very nice and dependable. They have helped me with all kinds of plumbing issues and even helped me with a gas light that I had. They are great to work with. They are willing to research different routes that you could use to fix a problem. They have very reasonable prices.

They showed up on time, knew how to fix the problem and got the work done quickly. They also warned us about possible problems with our floor that we'll need to fix so the problem doesn't reoccur.

The owner himself came with the workers, and his wife handled the office work. She was exceptional-I found her to be extremely nice and knowledgeable, and I was very happy to work with her. I couldn't say enough about the woman who answered the phone, and she made the entire experience just great. I have been pleased with everything they did.

Affordable and quick.

They installed a new sink; garbage disposal, faucet, and a heat circulator that makes the water get hot faster. The owner of the company came out, which I guess is his routine. I thought that they were a little costly but their work was exceptionally good. We might use them again if we were to find out that their prices were more the norm than we thought.

It was wonderful overall. Watermark was professional and got the job done perfectly in very little time.

I was extremely impressed with April's professional attitude. She checked on prices to have the property marked but wasn't just out to make a sale. She called back quickly with questions about the locations of the meter and where the lines entered the house. She was able to tell me honestly that with the kind of work we were planning on doing, we did not need to worry about the gas lines. I was quite impressed by this since having the work done would have cost over $200. When we need plumbing work done in the future you can be sure that we will be calling Watermark.

They showed up a bit late but called to let me know. They also took a little longer than expected but not overly so. They were clean neat and tidy. When they were done the hot water heater was swept clean and looked very professional. Good job overall.

I was about to leave town for the weekend and my disposal/drain started to smell really bad. Nothing I did worked...tried baking soda, limes, ice... smell still present. I got Watermark's number from Angie's List and called them first thing Friday morning. They were here and done by 12:45. John, the owner, came and did the work. He was punctual, friendly, professional and really educated me on the proper use of a disposal. Gave me pricing options and offered alternatives if/when I wasn't happy with the cost. He also checked my hot water for me (brief visual inspection) while he was here. Overall superb service. Will use him again for sure.

Overall, everything went smoothly and I'm glad I worked with Watermark. The problem was that whoever laid the initial drain 30+ years ago put part of it directly under the concrete sidewalk\path that goes from my mailbox to the front door. Once they found out this was the case, Gary and John showed me what was going on and gave me an additional estimate since now they had to rip up and then replace the concrete. They were even out after dark one day to put up an orange plastic safety fence since the trench was going to be open over night. Everyone I talked with was friendly and professional. They dug a perfect trench for the drain so the damage to my lawn was minimal. The clean-up was amazing, even to putting leaves back over the flower bed area so it looked like nothing had ever happened. The new sidewalk\path is perfect.
