Ok, so they are possibly qualified plumbers but being qualified doesn't make it decent or quality service provider just yet. Overall, they don't qualify to be satisfactory because they OVERCHARGE. And not just OVERCHARGE but price their services 200%-300% higher than comparable competition. If you like such service then you probably won't have any problems with the company. If you don't like to pay twice or thrice more then ALWAYS solicit competing quotes before hiring them. In my case their quote of $945 was overuled by 2 other plumbing companies with similar Angie's list credentials and I ended up paying $260 for exactly the same service with the same original parts and warranty. And Watermark gave me that quote AFTER charging $350 diagonsitc fee (and service trip). Just do the math...

Jason did a fantastic job. He was very professional and courteous. He had tons of knowledge and replay helped me understand the problem.

John and Tony methodically started their detective work, one item at a time, starting with the shower pan, moving to shower edges, moving to outside water faucet, and finally the bath tub, where they found the tricky leak. I have had many plumbers for various services and problems over the years, but John and Tony are the very first plumbing professionals that I am writing a review for, simply because they truly impressed me. I called 3 companies before this one to diagnose the problem and by far this was the best. Tony was extremely professional and knowledgable about the problem and how to solve it. It wasn't the cheapest option (but cheapest that 2 other companies I called) but I don't regret it one bit. It's like everything else, if you want quality, you have to pay for it. I highly recommend this company.

Bryan was punctual and arrived as promised by his office. He was very professional and courteous. He explained all the work and the costs and contingencies. For one of the commodes he explained that the flange needed to be replaced and he gave me the additional cost and got my permission to proceed. The next commode did not need flange replacement. He replaced the supply lines to the toilets upon my request because I feared that they were old and might leak. After he had installed one of the valves my wife asked him to also replace the wall cover which had become rusted he did this additional work without the slightest complaint although I suspect it meant he had to undo some of his work. It took about four hours. He cleaned up and took away the old toilets for disposal at no additional charge. I was very pleased with the service. Very polite and competent. I will use them again and have been using Watermark for about five years now.

Great. They determined hydrojetting wasn't necessary, educated me on what to look for, patiently answered all my questions, and only charged me a trip fee. Very professional. The only reason I didn't give an A on punctuality and responsiveness is because they had to reschedule me twice due to other emergencies (mine was not an emergency). One of the times I was already home waiting on them. But they handled the situation well. I would want them to reschedule a non-emergency appointment if I had an emergency.

Removed and replaced water heater without issue..

Watermark came out and recommended replumbing the 4 year old lines to shut down this booster tank and to only use the tankless system. They told me that we don't need a booster. Then they accidentally broke a valve on the tankless and charged $500 to repair. But still no hot water. They came back the next day and decided that they should not have replumbed the lines yesterday. They wanted to restore those lines. They also said that we need a new water heater because ours is 6 year old. They said that they cannot fix a 6 year old water heater. This would cost another $1000. My old plumber is available now and says that he will replace the heating element for $50 and he will also have to restore the plumbing lines to be as they were before Watermark redid everything!!! Super disappointed that they did not restore their plumbing error for free and then install a new heating element. I feel taken advantage of...

I called them at 6 am and they were here before 8 am.They were here about 4 hours and kept me informed and stopped the leak.

They did a good job. Based on the amount of work I had done, I felt it was a fair price. I was pleased with their work.

Rating Watermark is a dilemma. Briefly stated, the service was excellent but the price seems outrageous. "April" was very courteous over the phone, and two plumbers arrived at my home within a few hours. They were very presentable and polite. They replaced the PCV in a little over two hours. The work appears to have been completed satisfactorily. However, I noticed that the old PCV appeared to be leaking from a seal rather than a crack in the housing, but they didn't check for this. It's conceivable that simply replacing a seal would have eliminated the leak. In any event, this was a straightforward installation; the valve box is readily accessible at the curb, requiring removal of some sod and replacing one short connecting pipe. They told me clearly and up front that the charge would be over $1000, and I agreed (since it was Friday afternoon and the valve was leaking). As the work was proceeding, I checked online and the typical charge for replacement of a PCV seems to be about $300 or $400. At HomeWyse, the "High" cost for my zipcode was $331 (for three hours labor). At Angieslist.com, the prevailing labor costs seem to be $200 or "$300 - $350 for high-priced areas". In a fairly thorough online search, I can find no price that remotely approaches $1000. Last month, we had very similar work done at our lake property; the cost was $400. Good work deserves a premium. It appears, however, that I paid a premium of 100 to 200 percent. There are lots of highly-rated plumbers in the North Dallas area; next time I'll shop around.

Technician (Jesse) was routed to my address the same day. He quickly addressed the leak, then began to tackle the master valve box repair that ultimately led to a replacement job. Jesse spent hours on his knees digging out the area only to find sub-par work by the builder's construction crew that included: Not (1) but (2) valve boxes nested inside each other because the pipes were buried too far down (almost 2 ft); Rocks and debris, and no shut-off valves (completed rusted off due to debris and dirt). Jesse established a plan that included an appropriately sized box and 12 inches of pea gravel below the pipes. He thoroughly explained the issue, risks of not resolving and his plan to make it right. It was an unexpected find, but I am now confident that if the water needs to be shut off I can quickly and safely do it myself -- thanks to Jesse and Watermark Plumbing.

Unclogged it, but the trip charge of $69 was charged already and in lieu of an hourly rate, they ask for a set rate for a job at almost $300, plus the trip and taxes. The tech brought a 75 foot electric auger and was done in an hour. The fee was close to $400 to unclog a drain. I wont be calling them again for a job that should have cost half of that.

In and out in an hour and did a very good job

Went great, the two plumbers were great, very customer oriented. A little pricy, in my opinion, but I would definitely use them again.

The service person, Brian, called 15 minutes before he arrived. He reviewed the things that needed to be done and provided an estimate before the work was done. He worked efficiently and everything was done within an hour. I was very pleased with his work and will definitely call Watermark if I have plumbing issues in the future.

Plumber was very polite and professional. My only negative is the price. Was here 30 mins 2 replace items and charged over $500.

Done on time and at agreed upon price.

We had a leak that entered the house Even though we never used them before they came out right away. Bryan performed the work. He explained everything thoroughly and gave me options for the repair. Bryan was very courteous and pleasant to talk to I would highly recommend Watermark Plumbing and Bryan!

they called me twice to reschedule and I told them on the second reschedule to nevermind.

That was a pretty bad experience. I bought the gas ring and they wanted to charge me $700 to install it for about 15 minutes work. It was fraud. They did do it because I had to have it done so we finally agreed on a price. We bargained it down to about $250 but that still is horrendous. I would never, ever recommend those guys. It is about the worst experience I have had. I would say do not trust these guys.

The got the water flowing again. The plumber was very nice and let me watch him work ( I like to learn how to do things ). He answered my questions and explained everything to me very simply. Gave me a few pointers too. Was very happy.
