They were very accommodating and helpful when I called in a panic and came to my house within fun a few hours even though they were booked for the day. Bryan did a great job quickly diagnosing and fixing the problem. Overall, I had a great experience with this company and would recommend them to any friends or family who need a plumber!

I called in the morning and was able to have someone come and check it out the same day. Corey listened to my concerns, checked it all out, and explained to me some of the things that were happening. It prompted me to provide other information I hadn't thought about, but turned out to be important to remedying the issue. We worked around my schedule and planned a time for him to come back and install/repair. Very professional and timely, and called prior to arriving. He even explained things that I can do at home myself to help in the future. Documentation and communication from Corey and other people such as Tim and Daniel were great, too! They definitely care about providing quality and timely service to customer satisfaction.

Corey was extremely professional, personable and knowledgeable. He helped me understand all of my options and then quickly and efficiently made the repairs. I will definitely ask for Corey again when I have additional plumbing work

Plumber arrived and inspected shower. Took off shower head and evaluated for drip. Claimed we needed new shower head. We bought new shower head. We still have a drip after new shower head. We paid $160 and the shower still drips. Watermark, we need a shower stem replacement and we didn’t get that, and now we are out $160.

They were very communicative, keeping both my tenant and I informed (this is a rental property). The work itself was done in a reasonable period of time and was done well.

I tried to replace a handle on the house we bought last year. Tim helped me figure out which brand, by photo and helped save me the dispatch fee to come see. I was then able to go purchase the proper replacement but still needed their help after I attempted to install myself. Although Bryan said I did a good job, I needed an expert to do what You Tube didn't show me. LOL (He was kind enough, not to tell me to stop with DIY.) I could have called someone else but decided to wait until my schedule allowed me to have them come out. I highly recommend Wayermark.

Watermark made every step easy, clear and affordable! They listened to my concerns over the phone and quickly arrived to review and assess the situation. My home is about 45 years old and I can't remember the last time we had major service, but clearly we had some old pipes and issues under the house and those were starting to affect the laundry machine and one of the bathrooms. The technician was polite and very knowledgeable. He explained our options, even offering much less expensive solutions than anticipated. We approved the work and the team completed it in a good amount of time - not too fast, but not taking forever. They recapped the work once complete, shared maintenance tips and checked each item with us to ensure everything was properly working. Best of all, the price was great! I waited to write this review to ensure the work would "last a long time" and it's been over a year without a single issue. I would definitely recommend Watermark Plumbing!

Watermark plumbing did an awesome job installing my electric water heater! They will also price match with competitors, just ask. They are very professional and communicate quickly and efficiently. I will use them again for any other plumbing needs for my home.

Don’t buy into the “family friendly” charade. In my informed experience, you might be better off looking elsewhere for qualified plumbing from a fair company. On day one, I pointed out the leak in the front yard. Asked them to fix it first. They insisted they new better and brought out a contractor to detect leaks $$$. They dug a huge hole in the backyard only to find no leak. Leak detector came back twice...couldn't even find the leak they previously said was in back. Found no leaks except the one in the front yard that I pointed out. Such a waste of time. It was a week later when they finally fixed the one leak in the front. It was a simple cut-and-replace job, yet they added two unneeded valves. I asked that they just replace the pipe section with the leak. That, plus the install of a shower valve (which I purchased), brought the total outlay to $3100. The plumber, Aaron, said that I was entitled to a substantial refund. I've tried to work with the GM, Tim, on getting money refunded because even he said he'd make it right. After working with Tim for a month without results, he's obviously impotent to make decisions about much. Tim passes the buck saying the owner won't respond to him. To make things worse, they left a mess of plumbing parts in my front yard.

Fine. They had to make a second trip because they did not have the appropriate pieces needed to repair the shower leak.

These guys are great. They quickly came in, diagnosed the problem, made some recommendations for initial service prior to the "big service" that ended up saving time and money. Brian was excellent, efficient and responsive. They ended up replacing one tankless water heater and seamlessly integrating it into the other, so that I did not have to replace both. They came back out and did a full flush and cleaning of the system. Then they went around and checked all of the taps to make sure all was good. Turned out to be a good thing as one of the taps had an issue, which they solved onsite and as part of the overall service package and price.

We made an appt on Watermark website and they came out the next day. Even though they were delayed getting to our home, they called us periodically and gave us updated eta’s. Water heater needed to be replaced. Within a few days, the job was scheduled and completed the same day. Bryan was very nice, professional, and thorough. Will recommend Watermark to others!

The plumber who came out was very knowledgeable. I was happy with the installation process and the equipment is working great. My reasons for marking them as less than "A" across the board have to do with the poor knowledge level and handling of inspection issues by the office staff. The actual plumbing work seems to be very good. I would probably use them again, but may think twice if it's a problem where I'd need to deal with the office staff extensively.

He helped recommend Kitchen faucet & installed it on time. He was super good with accommodating me ( put me on a wait list & called me as soon as a slot became available). Would definitely hire him again.

They found a way to get the job done within our budget.

Ryan replaced the hot/cold faucets behind my washer/dryer and he replaced my kitchen faucet. Additionally, he repaired my hot/cold combo faucet in my shower. This was important. Replacing it would have required cutting into the drywall and replacing the valve. Expensive! I appreciate the fact that Ryan worked with me to find a solution that stretched my repair dollars further!

Initially I was apprehensive with hiring this business. Due to circumstances I had to call, then call back the next day. The prices quoted for one of the services was different, but i just needed the job done, so whatever. We make an appointment for the next morning "first call" between 8-830am, and I'd expressed there were parking issues in my area, with which we'd possibly need to make arrangements at that point, so the window was established. Additionally I was told, I would receive an email with the profile of the gentleman would be coming out. I got no email, and I ended up calling them at 1015. This lady tells me guy is on his first call at 10 and is on the way, then has the manager, with whom I'd spoken previously and made all other arrangements, call me back. He gives me a different story on our arrangement, saying it was a window, and not an estimated time. He said he was sorry about the "miscommunication" then had a slight "do you want the service or not" attitude. I declined services. Thanks for wasting my time, and costing me money!

Response to initial contact was prompt and a service call was scheduled in a timely manner. Ryan was very professional and did a first class job on the repairs. Watermark will probably not be the least expensive company you can find, but will do a excellent job and provide good value.

I wrote a review previously that I was charged for a repair even though the repair didn't occur. I spoke with management, and they waived the charge. I felt the management was responsive to my concerns after talking to them. I have use Watermark in the past with good results and will chalk this up as a learning experience for all of us.

Everything went well Ryan was very professional and went above and beyond to make sure all was install properly and that I understood everything he was doing. We have been using Watermark plumbing for many years and we are always pleased with their service and their plumbers.

The previous installer (not Watermark or Ryan) hadn't done a great job, so I was happy to get a new unit installed correctly. Ryan did a great job on a somewhat complex installation (in addition to the tankless heater, he installed an expansion tank and a filter). He also did a good job of cleaning up the job site when he was done. So far the unit it performing well, and the city inspector came out today and said it looked good. The work was somewhat pricey and I wish the back office had negotiated more on the costs, but Ryan E. did do quality work and it took several hours for the install. So all-in-all it was a fair, but definitely not inexpensive, bid.

Ryan was awesome! He was very polite and efficient. He also explained everything to me which helped. I like the way that we was respectful of my time and my home. I truly would recommend your services, this is by far the best experience I have had with a plumber. Thank you Ryan, by the way Paris and Canton say Hi.

When I called, they asked what zip code I lived in and if they needed to pass through a gate to get in. I felt they used that to price the job because they charged me $390.00 to unclog the drain! And my house is on the inexpensive side of the block. It was Very expensive. Unfortunately, the guy Watermark Plumbing sent was not a master plumber like I expected. He admitted it was on the expensive side, and said the work was not guaranteed. They wanted to charge me a fee for showing up if I didn't want to pay, and Angie's list coupon was only $10.00 off. If I didn't have guests over I would not of paid it but I needed help right away. The guy unclogged the drain but a week later, the drain problem returned. When I called Watermark Plumbing, they said they would charge me again because their work is not guaranteed. They did not fix the problem the first time. Never going to them again. My husband called another company that charged $170 to unclog the drain and told him where the problem was. If it happened again, they had an action plan to fix it. That is what I expected from a good plumbing company, unfortunately it is not Watermark Plumbing.

They arrived on time, and were friendly. He discussed the services and charges prior to starting the work. He also cleaned out my sink drains as part of the process. It was about $240 for the total services, which took less than an hour.

The guy first wanted to snake the kitchen drain which was totally unnecessary and would have cost us $450. I asked him to kindly try the simple approach which he did - by using the tool that comes with the disposal to jiggle the jammed blades. It worked. Wish I had tried this myself before calling. It took less than 30 minutes. I was absolutely shocked when I was presented with a bill for $270.00, after he had discussed and checked with his manager or the owner on how much to charge for the work. We have used Watermark Plumbing many times for our rental property in Plano - they were our go-to guys and their bills always seemed reasonable until this incident. Riddell Plumbing that we use for our home in Dallas, charges $185/hr for a "will-call" - meaning not scheduled in advance but an urgent repair. I tried to discuss with the owner/manager to see if he would lower the bill considering the short time spent by the plumber on this simple repair - to no avail. Hence, the negative review here. Bottom line - these guys are way overpriced.
