Workmen came on a Friday morning to take down and carry off the old gutters. Nico came that afternoon to determine how much wood needed to be replaced. He did those repairs on Monday; the house was caulked, powerwashed and painted on Wednesday (ensuring that the wood that would be under the gutters was painted) and the gutters were installed Friday and Saturday. Blanca came by each day to check on the work and always took the time to tell us what the work schedule would be for the next day and to talk about what was being done. The yard was left completely clean when the work was done. My husband was very pleased with Nico's careful repair work done where wood was replaced and additional flashing added to some places on the roof where rain might run off an eave and get under the shingles.
TX Gutters provided first class service, from the initial estimate to the final cleanup. In particular, the constant communication on work being done and scheduled was very helpful for our own schedules.

We don?t have adequate words to express our delight with the workmanship and careful attention to detail that TX Gutters brought to this project! They explained what was needed and what they were doing every step of the way. When rain interrupted the installation, they reached out and let us know when they could return?and returned on time.
In addition to gutters, when we saw the condition of the fascia boards, we decided to expand our original contract and have the fascia and under eve vents repaired/replaced and the house painted. Now that everything has been completed, we can honestly say they exceeded our expectations both in quality of workmanship and reasonable price. Have already recommended them to a neighbor.
The crew they sent was very experienced and reflected the owners? philosophy of cheerfulness and complete customer satisfaction. When needed, they gave me several options on how to treat particular parts of the house that required special attention.
The day after they finished, we were deluged with several inches of rain. Our power was out for 15 hours, but the gutters and downspouts worked perfectly.
I couldn?t be happier with their work and I highly recommend TX Gutters to anyone who wants a first class job done at a very competitive price.
TX Gutters was easy enough to contact and communicate with. They were always polite and friendly.
Like most contractors I've dealt with they seems to be always be running behind and trying to catch up.
The seamless gutters do look good and work much better than our old gutters with seams.
There were some issues I had with the qauilty of workmenship that would keep me from using/recommending this provider/contractor/TX Gutters in the future.
1. They left several long lag screws laying in my back yard that I spent several days picking up. These could have been a hazard if hit by a lawn mower.
2. Three areas/sections of gutter would not drain water. These had to be addressed on a return/call back trip and repaired.
3. Two spot/pieces of drip edging were removed and the gutter raised so high it was nailed to my roof decking in order to allow for drainage. It's still that way. It looks sloppy. Not to mention if this is going to create problems in the long run with water possibly getting to my roof decking in those exposed areas?
4. More than one corner seam leaked and had to be sealed/repaired on a return trip.
5. They added a 13 foot piece to our patio cover without any drip edging and the first time it rained the gutter leaked real bad between the gutter and the patio fascia board. The return fix for that was to apply a sloppy bead of silicon between the gutter edge and fascia board. It works but I think a drip edge would have been better and looked better. When I asked about the drip edge they told me they don't do drip edging.
So, if you never climb a ladder and take a close look at TX Gutters work you shouldn't have any problems.

Below explanations. of why things did not came as we expected them 1- I am a homeowner my self so I totally understand your point of finding debris after a contractor is gone, that is totally unacceptable, installers will have a deeper training as to clean every step on the way. 2A- Home owner was given options on first interview ( March 24) , we suggested to install a 6" gutters in the front section of the house, due to the 2 valleys with heavy load of water, so 6" will increase flow, on May 27 we install with 5" all around as per homeowner request. June 14 we install a downspout to help to drain water Issue was taken care.. 2-B - Home owner added a cover patio wich was explain to us on our first interview,( March 24) with it on our way, gutter lay out was force to be changed, so we eliminated a needed downspouts due to being under patio cover an ecstatically was not gonna be looking good. On June 14 I went with installer an explain to homeowners the need of downspouts and PVC draining to reach water all the way to patio, homeowner did not approve that, so we lifted gutters as much as possible to reach out all the way to garage, this was shown to homeowner and he was ok with it, I understand was not the best but we did not have that many options. 3-On June 14 we installed 13 LF of gutters on new cover patio, on June 25 homeowner communicated the gutter on cover patio was leaking, so I called and explain the right thing to do is to install a flashing underneath shingles in order to protect water to go thrue, but on the mean time I was going to take care of it with gutter silicone. Home owner asked if I could install this, so I explain that needs to be done by a roofing company. I have divorced my self of excuses and I am not here to excuse my self, I am sure there a lot on the road for me to learn and that is the reason why I appreciate the opportunity to help an I am so sorry I was not able to get a good review , I do not work only for good reviews, but also want to deliver the service I expect my self as homeowner.
