Lower than other quotes. Where the bricks were coming apart. Was on time, gave estimate. Did it right then and there. Repaired inside the flue. The price was reasonable. He was pretty thorough and he did a good job of the cleaning our vent. He's very pleasant. I would use him again in the future.

I had bought a new house and he cleaned the chimney and the dryer vent. He re-arranged the stones in the chimney and now it looks really nice. He also cleaned the dryer vent which was full of cat hair (the previous house owner had 4 cats). This was the second time I called him; he also worked on the chimney of my previous house and did a very good job.

the fireplace is clean although again, my main problem was the dead squirrel. So I have a clean fireplace (which I didn't particularly think was dirty) and still had flys coming in all the time through the fireplace due to the squirrel. Honestly my main problem with this gentleman was that he rambled on and on and just kept talking. I told him I had to go to an appt. but my lord, he just kept talking and just looked a bit not too professional. He had on a top hat with raggedy clothes. I guess he was trying to appear and quot;Englishand quot;? Just seemed a bit strange.

Everything went very well. Friendly, courteous, right on the mark with estimate. Several families in my neighborhood also use them and are very happy. I have nothing bad to add, and that should say something.

After having him clean our chimney, we had Tim back out to install a set of gas logs. As before, he was very punctual. Also very friendly as he worked. He came in, got the logs installed and we are absolutely thrilled with them. Great business man who knows how to give great service.
