Both the salesman who came to give the estimate and the tech who performed the installation were excellent, courteous and professional. My only minor complaints are that the glass took a little longer to arrive than expected (9 days when they quoted 5-7 days), and one piece had a small defect in it. We just noticed the defect, so I'll update the review if there are any problems getting the defective glass replaced.

This pro was given this rating because they provided service this one time. However, if I need the service again, I will probably call them instead if requesting a new company name.

"Yes we completed one piece of glass for this customer in April 2016. She waited 5 months to write a review. That's a little odd to wait so long to give a 3.5 review. She didn't even give a reason for the 3.5 review. April was the time the hailstorm hit Wiley area and we were overwhelmed with 100 calls a day"
