He explained everything to me and took his time to go through all of my concerns. I have to say that the whole process was great and stress-free. I usually do not write reviews for anything unless they really leave an impression on me and I felt obligated to leave a review after what a phenomenal job Jim’s Plumbing Now did on my water heater. The gentleman’s name was Malik from JPN that replaced my water heater located in the attic which we all know is miserably hot!!! I did not hear one complaint or even a sigh of having to work in an attic in this Texas heat but rather he did the job with a smile on his face and had an incredible attitude the whole time. He was professional and had great work ethic and knowledge in the business. I would highly recommend Jim’s Plumbing Now to anyone and will be happily returning as a customer in the future. Jims Plumbing Now was referred by my foundation repair company. Technician came out and performed a test in drain and water. Both passed and foundation company gave me a lifetime warranty on foundation work. Will use them in future if I need a plumber.
