I would love for you to please consider my request for a phone conversation, as this review greatly saddens me, and I do want to hear from you. As a female, and a Director of this company, I would never stand-by or allow any customer to feel that we do not value or respect them as an individual. Never. We were honored to meet with you in your home! I’m glad you enjoyed speaking with Richard, and he said you were awesome and enjoyed meeting with you as well! I do want to explain our approach in the appointment process. When we enter your address, our system will pull the public county record to show us who is listed as homeowners. To be respectful, we invite all homeowners listed on that public record to be present. If one of the homeowners says, “just me” then we meet with just them. We will always encourage ALL homeowners be present, as historically, we have found that once we’re in the home, the one homeowner ends up wanting the other homeowner there. Not all the time, but a majority of the time for sure. But again, we NEVER cancel or deny appointments if only one homeowner is present. Just like your request, we did meet with just you! We want to be respectful and give all invested in the property the right to decline to be present. Regarding today’s text message, that is an automated text message that is sent to every customer. It’s only intent is to follow up and see if we can help further. We in no way intended to go around you. The automation just pulled one random name from the record, and sent it…that is the truth and only motive; to see if we can assist further. I and our company are passionate about individual human respect…and I hope it shows clearly in this open response to our process. Hello and thank you for this feedback. We listened to the call and apologize, as we can see why you were frustrated. Our representative was being very kind, but not communicating well that it is NEVER a requirement to have all homeowners there. That is not our policy. After years of experience, we have found that when all homeowners are able to be present, everyone gets their questions answered, provides input and can be excited about the project together! We have found that it is the best use of our customers' time if we establish this and prefer that all homeowners are able to be present, so they can be excited about the project together! I know our Marketing Director sent a personal email yesterday to the email listed on Angie's list, along with leaving a voicemail, so I am hoping you can connect as she would love to speak with you. We do require verbal confirmation as we approach the scheduled date to ensure it is still a good time for you, because we know that sometimes life happens! As shared in the email, we did leave 4 voice messages (and provide those call recordings to bring clarity) and sent one text message.
