Our primary mission is to provide mobile, presidential class, automotive detailing for the client that is just too busy! Echelon also brings shine to commercial vehicle fleets with a 1st class advertising appearance that is a must in today's competitive business world. Echelon's personal/residential services range from a basic wash to a fine interior/exterior detail to include wax, chrome, and aluminum shining procedures. For our company fleets we also offer a variety of different scheduled packages that would best meet your company's needs. Our fleet washing prices begin as low as $12.00 per car to $18-$22 for most delivery style BOBS and trucks. All prices listed in the "Fleet" catagory are for exterior washes only and include complimetary tire shine and wheel brite. We do also offer "Fleets" the option for certain "add-ons" such as vacuum, dash, interior protectant, Rain-X, and wax for just a few dollars more on each additional item. To qualify as a company fleet we require that the company have at least 3 or more company vehicles at one location. Echelon was formed by a corporate pilot with over 3,500 logged jet hours and a high end retail management specialist for one of the area's top department stores! We have never had a car detailed. I was looking for a birthday gift for my husband and his thought detailing of his sports car would be perfect. The man from Echelon was accommodating on a date for service. He and his partner arrived on time, detailed the car perfectly, and completed the job quickly. My husband was very pleased with the result.

I tried many times to get this service set up.  When I was finally able to reach someone the first time, I was told that the person who would do the detail was out of town (maybe even out of the country) and to call back in a few months.  I tried again after that and was never able to get the service set up.  I gave up and was extremely disappointed.

I bought this service form Angie's Big Deal.  They were very prompt in their response.  They got to the house on the agreed upon date and time. They did a great job and I would highly recommend them and will use them in the future.

Took months to receive service. To be fair we were told there was a
series of mishaps including loss of vehicle due to collision.
Still though we are talking well over six months.
The service was satisfactory, could have done a better job on the leather seats.
They were nice enough it's just the communication and sense of punctuality was not up to par.
I wish them the best of luck.

The workers arrived on time and performed a complete outside/inside detail on my vehicle.  All work was performed at my residence in the driveway.  They did an excellent job.  I was very pleased with the service.

Bought a Angie's Big Deal, but could never schedule service. Got one general email saying that the service date was extended due to volume of deals bought. Tried for several months to schedule but never got phone calls returned or emails answered. Apparently, company shut down as last emails were marked "undeliverable." Angie's refunded my money for deal.

I purchased the Big Deal back in 10/2011. They sent an email extending the expiration date since they were overwhelmed with responses. I emailed in March 2012 to schedule and got no response and then I’ve called and left multiple voicemail messages more recently but they haven't called me back. I’m disappointed that I didn’t get a response and decided to get a refund.

I purchased the deal last year 11/25/2011, as a gift for my daughter.  She called and emailed repeatedly before the coupon expired in May 2012.  She got one response that the owner was having family problems and would honor the coupon after it expired.  She waited months and attempted to contact him again but never got any response. This was a very disappointing experience.
I am asking for a refund.
