DUCKY BOB'S EVENT SPECIALISTS

They are a party rental. They rent tables, chairs. You know like if you were going to have a party. I rented out tables and chairs and linens for a party, a kind of spare of the moment thing. I didn't even go in, I just called them on the phone, they were on the website. And I looked through there and saw all the colors, all the chair choices and table shapes. Very, very easy to work with. They do delivery them. They pick them up. That is part of the package. The only extra would be, mine was very small if it was larger I would had to pay extra to have somebody set them all up. But mine was small. I had two round tables, fourteen chairs, two table clothes and the chairs were kind of middle of the road, they weren't folding or anything. You get a choice of stuff. They were good. You can get those if you want. I was just impressed because I called them at the very last minute, an extremely small order, they are used to huge weddings, they treated me just like I was a regular person and had $1000 order. They were really great. What they do is, our function was on a Thursday, they dropped them off Wednesday and then they picked them up Friday. If you want them to set them up they will charge you for that. But I said I just had two tables and chairs, it was nothing. You just see them, their trucks are around a lot. It was like where are we going to fit everybody, and I thought let's call Ducky Bob's. And so I got on their website. Mostly just their trucks being around. They were very good, very good. Well the one thing that they did was they worked with me as far as picking out the stuff, we felt we would be here on Friday but then we weren't. So they waited until the very last pick up for us. That was nice.

The two servers were awesome. They didn't need any direction. The displayed the food beautifully. Tended to the guests, bartended, cleaned up messes, replenished food and drinks and at the end of our event they broke everything down and even packaged up the leftover food and put it in our vehicle before it was time to leave the venue. Perfect job well done!

Their service is reasonably priced. They are good people, and they have good materials.

I've used Ducky-Bob's before and I'm always generally happy with them. They are a pretty big company and generally can supply most everything I need. I have a couple of things on this party delivery that keep them from getting straight A's though. First, their delivery guys were supposed to bring our stuff to the patio. However, the rule is, if you aren't home, they drop it off inside the gate. Well, they didn't even bother to ring the bell or knock. I was home, heard the back gate slam shut, came to the door and saw the truck driving away which meant I had to lug a huge amount of stuff around in the back yard. This wouldn't be such a big deal if I didn't have to pay $50 for delivery. The guys didn't even try. Second, the tables they use are horrible. They have repairs on their repairs and must be 100 years old. Both my wife and I got splinters from these relics. Yes, they look fine with tablecloths on, but still, these things should have been retired years ago.
