They looked at the machine, were very polite and knowledgeable and came to the conclusion that purchasing a new washer would be better. They claimed they could get us a new one for a certain price so we agreed and paid up front $300. They told us it would be delivered and installed the very next day. On the day I called and texted only to have them ignored and then told they couldn't do it until Monday. Then they continued to ignore calls and texts, never delivered the washer and have not refunded $300.

They did an amazing job fixing my refrigerator with the ice maker they were very efficient made me feel comfortable talked to me about what?s wrong with my fridge told me they would get the right parts and had it the next day.
