To repair the major problem of a broken pipe, we had to schedule another appointment when two (more expensive) people could come out and fix it. We eventually had it fixed by another company for about half the cost of what Andy's estimated.
Service was great but the expense is based on a high hourly rate. I think we did better by shopping around via our neighborhood Facebook page.
