Very well. Bill arrived with his assistant, Will, at the time promised. He did a test run on the washer and said it sounded like a problem with the motor coupler. They took the washer apart, found the existing coupler, showing me the damage. He had the replacement part with him. They completed the repair, put the machine back together and ran a test run. It worked perfectly. All of this took thirty minutes. Bill is very quiet spoken and courteous and efficient, as is Will. I am very impressed with them. I will be sure to contact them again when I ever have any appliance repair.

Downdraft is working perfectly now!  Bill was initially concerned that he would have to replace two parts because there's a part that can be easily damaged in repairing the telescoping mechanism, but all went well, and only one part was needed, keeping the cost to the original estimate.

Bill returned my Wednesday after hours call promptly and scheduled an extra early Friday appointment so I wouldn’t be without my dryer over a weekend. He reduced the cost of my dryer repair by asking for the make and model and obtaining the timer needed before my appointment.  He did not charge for the time and trip to get the part. He arrived on time Friday at 8 a.m. and left at 8:30 a.m. He had checked for other problems, installed the timer and run several checks on the work. Bill is a very honest, pleasant professional whose 35 years’ experience is very evident. I would recommend him to anyone who needs this type of service.

Bill was easy to talk to, very professional, too.  The entire visit was probably less than 30 minutes.  He diagnosed the problem and suggested the solution.  I agreed, and he replaced the part.  He had the new part on his truck.  He showed me the old part when he was finished and explained how it wasn't working properly.  It would take 12 hours or more for the refrigerator to re-cool and to see that resolved it.  He said to let him know if it didn't and he'd come back out.  Turns out that did fix the problem, and the refrigerator has been working fine since.
Very pleasant experience.  I would definitely recommend, and would definitely keep in mind for the future.

I called Bill on a Sunday evening and I received a return call first thing on Monday morning. He was willing to show up the very next day but I asked if he could wait until the next day when my new garbage disposal was being delivered and he said he could do that as well. He diagnosed and fixed my washer quickly and then moved on to the garbage disposal replacement. He was courteous and fixed the problems quickly. Highly recommended!

I called late afternoon and Bill came early the next morning.  He worked diligently to determine what was wrong with my dryer, made numerous calls to locate the part at the cheapest price, repaired a dryer light switch while he was here, and was gone in 1 hour.  Once the part arrived, he called immediately, installed the part, and had it working in about 10 minutes.  Couldn't have been more pleased with his promptness, demeanor, efficiency, and knowledge!!

I bought a "gently used" washer from my niece who was relocating overseas, but the machine encountered a mishap in the move to my house. It made a horrible noise, and was not usable. Bill worked me into his work schedule on short notice, thankfully. He was able to identify the problem and make the repair very quickly and efficiently.

There was a switch malfunction that required a new one. He quickly replaced it and tested the complete cycle to ensure all was working. The breakout of the charge is; Trip Fee $60 (not applied to service work), Switch $34, Labor to check the switch $50. He is extremely professional and courteous which is a rarity in appliance repair.

Nice guy, Bill.  Prompt and courteous.  Came when he said he would.  I have no complaints, but if I had known it was going to be $300, I might have just gone ahead and gotten a new refrigerator, as we are remodeling.  But he showed my husband the part, so I know it's not his fault.  Just the nature of fixing things now days.  I would definitely call him again.

Set an appointment with Bill on Monday for the following Friday.  We have an oven and dishwasher not working.  Today is Friday 5:12pm and NO BILL.  My wife called him back 28 minutes after he called her this morning and he did not return her call for 6 hours.  We have waited all week for him to come out.  We could have used another appliance person sooner.  But we had an appointment with him.  My wife waited around all day and we still have 2 appliances broke.  He did tell me when I called him at 430 wanting to know what happened that he could come next week.  My wife took today off.....    I asked if he could come tomorrow morning.  He said he is booked.  I asked about later tonight.  No was the answer.  Now we have to wait til Monday to call another appliance person and take another day off to meet them.  I whole day was wasted by A GUARANTEED APPLIANCE.

In regards to this specific situation, the only reason [member name removed] waited a week for his appliances to be serviced was because he could not be home, I told him I could service his appliances on Tuesday, [member name removed] wanted the call to be set up for Friday AM. On Friday I called [member name removed] before 10:00 am. He said to call his wife and gave me the number, saying she was home. I called right away but there was no answer and I left a message. I waited in my truck for about 30 minutes and called again because I wanted to be sure to do his call before I left to another city for service. I still received no answer. When [member name removed] wife called back I was already in Dallas on another call and she left a message saying she just woke up. I was already doing service calls in other cities all day and called around 4:30 pm to schedule for Monday. His wife said she could not set up the time to reschedule that I would have to talk to [member name removed]. [member name removed]called soon after and insisted I come that evening or Saturday. I explained I could not come until Monday, then after much persistence, I finally said I would work him in on Saturday to take care of his appliances. He refused and hung up on me. Again, regardless of the situation, we are sorry this member had this type of experience with us, and we strive to make all of our customers happy. We also encourage all other members to take a look at some of the other reviews we’ve had posted on Angie’s List to get a better idea of the quality of service we provide our customers"

My auto defrost freezer kept freezing up and needed to be manually defrosted every few weeks. Decided to have checked over by this professional service. Bill came in, looked everything over carefully, defrosted the freezer for me and explained in detail what the problem was. He was courteous, professional, efficient and very pleasant to have in my home. I would call no one else to ever come fix any of my appliances. As a matter of fact, when my mother-in-law's washing machine timer went out, I called "A Guaranteed Home Appliance" for her and Bill was out to her house within 48hrs. I was very satisfied. He worked on my dryer - there wasn't anything exactly wrong with it. He also cleaned the outside vent. That was the first time I'd had it done and he told me I didn't need the routine maintance done yearly. I would certainly consider having him back again. His work was very thorough. I finally have found someone who work on LG appliances - he has all the parts and experience needed. He's very dependable, too, and his pricing was reasonable.

My serviceman, Randy Price, answered as soon as I called, scheduled the appt for exactly when I needed him to come, listened to my washer's symptoms, took the make & model (so he could bring the parts we might need with him) and told me what he thought the problem would be and approximately what it would cost. There was an unavoidable delay before my appointment, but Randy kept in touch so I wouldn't wait on him and we re-scheduled for 12 hours later. He arrived on time, parts in hand and repaired my washer quickly & professionally. His guarantee is great and his customer service was up to the levels we used to expect 25 years ago. I very rarely recommend companies to other people, but I've passed Randy's name to four friends already, and will continue to do so.mY
