Everything went well, although it was a much wetter process than I anticipated. Took some hours to dry with fan blowing on the furniture. The guys who came were friendly, and handled everything fine. The sofa looked pretty good when dry, but the chairs still had spots and looked a bit dingy. To be fair, they are light colored, and had needed to be cleaned for awhile. When I received an email from the company asking about my experience, I mentioned this. They called me to schedule a redo on the chairs at no additional charge. The man who came was very helpful, worked for about an hour on them, and they looked much better afterward. He offered me a can of upholstery spot cleaner (because my husband had already made a spot on the sofa!) which was simple to use and worked amazingly well. Overall, I was pleased with the work. I gave them a B because I thought it was a bit pricey, and because they had to come back out to redo the chairs.

Everything about these guys was great except the price.  I really liked the way they handled themselves.  Very professional.  Also, the carpet cleaning was done well and the carpet was dry within a couple of hours.  Yes, we did have a lot of carpet to clean but there was zero furniture in the house.  We had not moved in yet.  It only took 2 and a half hours to get the whole house done.  You would think for a house without furniture, they would have cut me some slack on the price.  Anyway, I don't want to dwell on that alone.  The service was very good and everything went really well.

Michael and his son Darian came to our home on time and went right to work. They had a tough job because these cotton sofas had some bad staining. They got everything out that it was possible to get out and made these sofas I was contemplating giving away useable for another few years. And very, very dust and pet hair free. Which was well worth the $$$ spent.

To get my carpets cleaned, I've tried services that promise no residue, the old traditional sudsing processes, and even special vacuuming services, all to no avail!  Finally, I called the carpet cleaning company with the very best AL reviews in this area.  Folks at A-ABC Chem Dry were very responsive, gave me an immediate estimate and a convenient appointment.  They even called the next day to offer an earlier appointment which, unfortunately, I couldn't use.  The crew called me on the day of the appointment to tell me when they'd be on site, and they arrived right in the middle of the two-hour window they'd originally promised. 
The neat, well-groomed crew were extremely professional, polished and polite.  Clearly, these guys knew what they were doing. They answered a few questions, and got straight to work.  The guys moved furniture where necessary, which is a big bonus for a retiree, and worked without needless chatter or delay.  They were done in an hour and the cost came right in on the estimate.  I had asked for extra protectorant up front because I've learned you can't expect carpets to stay clean if you don't - regardless of the process used to clean the carpet!  Given that, the final price wasn't any higher than other companies have charged in the past.  One of the crew asked for permission to describe other products they offer, and there was absolutely no pressure when I turned down all but one. And, since I had an AL coupon, the product didn't actually cost me anything extra! 
My immediate reaction is that my carpets are extremely clean, which was the immediate goal and makes me very happy.  We'll have to see if the work holds up or if I'll have to search for yet another magic bullet when it comes time to clean again.  Right this minute, I'll say I'm very satisfied with the service and hope to use these folks again.  I'd definitely recommend them to family and friends.

They arrived about when they said they would get there.  They got to cleaning the sofa.  They told me they were done.  However, after looking at the sofa, I saw many stains that remained.  They stayed a long time working on the sofa to get the stains out.  The sofa looks good now, but not great.
They kept trying to sell me a product to spray on the upholstery.  I didn't buy it.

Thank goodness they could come the same day I called! Bryan and Mark were pleasant, professional, and careful. They asked questions to make sure they understood what needed attention and showed me the results so I could check their work. They did a good job, and I will gladly call them again the next time I need carpet or upholstery cleaning.

he two team members entered the house  with proper attire and explained what services I would be receiving. They performed their task without interrupting my day. They entered in and out of home not scratching any walls as they were moving equipment through home. They were courteous, dependable, articulate, and accountable. Would recommend the team and when I called and spoke to a representative at the company in giving them feed back of my experience they were very happy to see I took the time to call them in giving feedback. Would recommend everyone using their services to provide feedback. I know I can rely on them again. Oh, I almost forgot. Called same day I received service!!!!!!!!!

Professional, punctual, courteous and very honest.  I had thought we might need a carpet stretching as well, but the gentleman indicated it was more of a "wear" issue and we didn't need to do it.   The crew even "combed" up the old carpet to give it a little more body.
They did a wonderful job.  i would absolutely recommend them as a quick and easy carpet cleaning provider.

The cleaning seems to last a long time and they're very professional.  My carpets look really good when they're finished.  Their prices are comparable to others.

Called and asked about their services. The man on the phone was very knowledgeable and took his time educating me on the process. I needed the carpets cleaned within the next day or two and he gave me a few choices. During our call he said he thought one of his crews was in my area finishing a job and would I like them to come by now. Perfect! I got same day service and was very impressed he could arrange this so last minute. Crew arrived within about 10 min and did a great job. I will use them again and recommend them.

They did the cleaning and it looked very good, except for one small area with two ring shaped slightly darker areas. The two technicians worked to fix the problem but weren't successful. 
The next day a technician came to the house and worked about three hours on the spot and it still showed very slight shadow. While the tech. was here the owner came by and they worked more but the very slight  shadow did not go away. The owner said he never had a problem like this and I signed off on the project.
Now the shadow has faded and is no longer visible. The carpet looks fine.

The job was very well done. Mike and Jose were very professional and took care to protect our floor from their equipment. Thye thoroughly explained the whole procedure and cost, which seemed very fair for what needed to be done. The whole job took about 3 hours. We discussed tile cleanign but decided not to do it at this time. We will have them back to clean the carpet in the rest of the house at a later date.

They showed up on time and did a great job.  The price was a little high for 2 rooms, but they have a 3 room minimum.

I thought the on line reviews were too good to be true but if anything our experience was even better!  I called Wednesday morning and they were able to come that day!  When I worried about being ready they told me they move the movable/non breakable items for you when cleaning and they vacuum before they begin the cleaning.  So they came just a few hours later, polite, professional, walked thru the house, identified all stains, were concerned about whether a few would come out.  As they did the work they covered surrounding areas (for the sofa), worked diligently and removed all stains, even the toughest!  When they finished they cleaned up, even vacuumed the area rug under the sofa they cleaned.  I was so impressed, will certainly call them next time we need carpet or upholstery cleaning.

A-Abc Chem-dry personnel arrived on time and walked around the house then asked me if I wanted to add carpet protectant service. I added the protectant service.
They cleaned the second floor rooms first and then the living and dining area on the first floor.
They raked the carpet after the cleaning and asked me to leave the fans in the rooms on till the carpets dried.
They also spot treated certain heavily soiled areas prior to the cleaning.
Overall, service quality and timeliness was excellent.
I later on found that I could have got similar service from other providers for about 30-40% less although with coupons.
Hence the B grade for price.
