Description of Work: Charge me for parts that were "not" installed & told me he had put one and a half lb. Of refrigerant in system, then charged me for two lb. Called them 4 times to come show me new parts,but they never came. Got an A.C. company out of LaGrange to verify no new parts in unit.

Made a call for service and was informed that they were booked. Understood do to same response from other services and was hottest time of the season. On the other hand they were nice enough to say to call around and see if was able to get someone else and if not successful to call back and they would see if they would be able to work in, but would be at least another week before they could get out.
Description of Work: No service was conducted.
