I had an old doorbell but no chimes so I bought chimes and a transformer because I didn't know if the old one still worked. Cody Martin came out on 9/03/2020 and used my parts, He told me it would be $570.56. I thought it was very steep but I had no idea what was involved. He used MY parts never telling me they wouldn't be guaranteed. He told me he could not find my old transformer in the attic. My attic is very tall so getting around in it is not a problem. He hooked it up and left without seeing if the video worked. He only tested the chimes. About thirty minutes after he left the doorbell stopped working. The doorbell was dead as far as I could tell. I called and they sent Steven Laliberte out on 9/04/2020. He went up in the attic for about 10-15 minutes and came back down to tell me that there was power going to the transformer but none coming from the transformer .He said that the transformer was more than likely bad from the start. NOT LIKELY. He told me he could repair what Cody Martin charged me $570.56 that did NOT work for another $250.00. I said no. He left. do NOT use Mr Electric. They have NO integrity whatsoever.

I called Mr Electric for an estimate for two receptacles inside my garage and one outside above my garage door. I was notified by phone when my electrician would arrive and he arrived right on time. I also received his photo & work bio prior to his arrival. Mr. Warren Hardy gave us a fair estimate and he was able to answer all our questions to our satisfaction. I was so impressed with Warren that I decided to let him start work immediately even though we had already gotten a lower estimate. He finished my project very quickly and exceeded our expectations. It went great. We had a few bumps getting it done but the electrician Chase over came want I call "sins" of the past. A new electrical connection had to be run to keep the water tight integrity needed for the Pool Light. Mr Electric (Chase) ran new electrical connections. He had to move the original connection box because I had the diving board removed as part of repairing my pool deck. This is my second time using Mr Electric this year and I have been quite pleased with the service tech (Chase) and the work that has been done.

The electrician arrived a few minutes early and went right to work after we discussed what needed to be done. He worked quickly and efficiently and replaced 6 outside fixtures within the prescribed time. He volunteered to take the old fixtures which was a nice bonus since I didn't have to get rid of them. He also fixed the ceiling fan inside in just a few minutes.

Mr Electric (Chase and assistant) installed 9 outdoor GFCI's, 3 bath fans (2 with lights), switch for fan, fan rated box, installed cs fan, as well ran wire for everything, and 3 plugs inside the house. Everything is on and working properly including the advanced surge protector.

I was very impressed with this Angie's List provider.  I received a call within an hour after leaving a message for them on the Angie's List website.  That person was knowledgeable and courteous and understood what was needed.  She scheduled a technician for the next day as requested.  We requested a call and received it when the technician was on his way.  He had experience with our issue and installed an outlet for our previously hard wired dishwasher.  After the technician left, I emailed the office requesting a copy of the receipt and received it the same day.  In a nutshell, I was very satisfied with both the service provided and their office support team and will use them again.  Thanks again, Mr. Electric!
