Repair went better than I expected. I am very happy with the results. When repair was complete the crew cleaned everything up, replaced everything they had moved.They were all awesome!

Darryl came in and provided detail information of the problem with no sales pressure. The Crew finished up in time and cleaned up all the loose dirt. They even repair mortar cracks on exterior of the house with no additional charge

Easy to work with, on time, scheduled an adjustment.  This is an awesome company to do business with. They stand behind their work no matter how hot, dry, or wet it has been.

They repaired a crack in the brickwork outside, and they leveled it for us. They even cleaned up before they left. They did a great job, and I would recommend them to anyone.

The lady at Atlas was full of questions. The other foundation companies asked whether it was pier&beam or slab, and that was about it, but she also wanted to know whether it had a concrete perimeter, whether you could see under the house, how old the house was, how high the crawl space was... I told her the crawl space was high enough to crawl under, but I wasn't at home and didn't know exactly how high. She wouldn't set up an appointment without me going home and measuring it, so I gave up. If they are this difficult when they are supposedly trying to get your business, I can just imagine what a pain it would be to try to get them to come out to redo something they did incorrectly!

I would highly recommend Atlas Foundation!  The company is well established, provided a customer review list as well as a life-time warranty.  The office staff was friendly, assuring and answered many questions about the process as well as the financial options.  The project manager was very helpful and communicated clearly during the pre, during and post lift process.  The crew were prompt and worked hard preparing for the lift, completed it then paid close attention to detail on their clean-up process from returning landscaping to it's original location, fixing sprinkler lines, repairing small cracks in the brick as well as cleaning up the driveway!  Thank you for an outstanding job!

In May 2012 the house had numerous, major foundation problems that Atlas performed extensive foundation repairs on.  I purchased the house in August 2012 and my biggest concern was any subsequent problems I might have with the foundation.  I was concerned about what kind of response I would get if I contacted the foundation repair company for any adjustments that might be needed.  When I noticed cracks outside and inside the house, I contacted Atlas and the office staff promptly set an appointment for Lonnie to come out check out the cracks.  Lonnie was very friendly and took his time looking at the entire house and taking elevation measurements for evaluation.  Lonnie determined that a number of adjustments should be made, said this would be covered under the warranty and that Atlas would contact me to set up the repair work.  I was contacted one week later and the repair was set up for the next day.

The crew arrived at 8 AM and were very friendly, professional and worked very hard.  They took care removing plants and were also very careful not to damage the sprinkler and foundation watering systems.  I was amazed how the cracks were disappearing during the adjustment phase and I have little, if any, paint touch up to do inside the house.  After the repair process was complete, Atlas restored the flower beds to their original condition.  There was always 4-5 Atlas employees on-site at all times and they were there for 7 1/2 hours to complete this work. Also impressive was that all of the on-site crew have been Atlas Foundation employees for 3-15 years.

What really amazed me is that this outstanding job was done under the transferable Lifetime Warranty and shows that Atlas will perform any follow up foundation adjustments with the same quality and dedication as the original foundation repair work. I highly recommend Atlas Foundation for any foundation problems that you might have.

I didn't dislike him, although I thought he did the bid rather hurriedly.  I got 2 other bids, and both of them were quite a bit more.  I don't know if they would be any better than Atlas.  I actually was considering using him, since his bid was lowest.  He did call me back to see if I wanted him to do the job.  I think I am going to get more estimates before I make a decision.

Atlas was professional and responsive to look at a possible issue in the foundation of the home we were considering purchasing.  They did a free review and estimate.  We were very appreciative of their expertise and service and when we need foundation repair service in the future we will definitely use this company.

They evaluated the house and said I didn't have foundation problems.  I appreciated the fact that they didn't tell me to do work I didn't have to have done.  I talked to them twice because I checked last year and checked again this year as well just to make sure.  They came on time and gave me an estimate.  They were very honest with me and made me know that their work out was something I did not need.  They didn't charge me for some service I did not require.
