Alpha and Omega Pest Control

We have used Alpha and Omega pest control services for almost two years. They perform routine pest control on the interior and exterior of the house every 3 months. We also have them perform additional services such as treating the attic or an extended perimeter spray. The representatives are always prompt. We have had four different representatives and have been very happy with the service of three of them. We were unhappy with the service of one of the representatives. When he came out he kept insisting that we have an additional treatment done even after we had declined. We felt uncomfortable with him. As stated earlier, we are very happy with the service provided by each of the other representatives we have had visit our house and would recommend alpha and omega pest control. We will continue to use this company in the future, just not with that individual.

I so appreciated the technician's honesty, and we will be calling them for the total prevention treatment soon.

They are always on time, very polite, clean, and I trust the people they send out. 

It went very well. We had actually used them before so it wasn't our first time, but we had a very positive experience. The technician was very knowledgable.

They get there on time and do what they are suppose to. I don't have a pest problem.

I was very pleased with their services.  I was really happy with them.  They've come out once in every three months.  They gave me a special deal.  I haven't had a single problem since they came out.  I don't see any more of the fire ants in the yard.  They were very friendly and quick.  I thought their price was very good.  I'm very happy with the results.

I have been using Alpha & Omega Pest Control's services for over 10 years, this review is not based on a one-time service call but  rather over the course of time on many, many visits.  The owner Tim Davis has even performed the services described above himself.  I have never felt pressured to take on any other services that they may provide.  They have never asked me to sign any kind of contract or commitment for services on a scheduled basis.  I use their services when I need to.  The employees at Alpha & Omega are very courteous and prompt.  Upon request they will call you the day before your scheduled appointment.

They are wonderful.  They are always on time and reliable.

We found the company on angie's list.  They were able to give us a price over the phone and schedule us within a couple of days of our phone call.

The technician was on time.  He confirmed the price given over the phone for the interior/exterior of the home and gave us an on-site estimate for a seperate large building we have in the backyard.  He listened to our concerns about the safety for our pet and assured us that there would not be a problem treating the house interior.

The technician made several reccomendations that would help decrease the amount of insect activity we were having.

The technician suggested a treatment schedule to maintain effectiveness and is cost considerate.  We plan on having the company treat the inside every three months and the outside every 6 months.  The inside only treatment was quoted at $45 which will save a considerable amount.

We have seen a dramatic decrease in the insects that are in the home and will continue to use the service on a regular basis. 

I am extremely satisfied with the results.  We will be using them about every three to four months, to make sure we keep on top of our pest control.

They come every quarter. I spend $45 per visit. They do general pest control and spraying. So far, they have been dependable. I have been using them for 4-5 years now. They seem to show up on time or early. They have never missed an appointment. I don?t they have ever raised their fee. They were the cheapest that I found. I haven?t had any problems with them. I will continue to use them in the future.

They spray both inside and outside my house. They are fast and efficient. Their pricing is reasonable as well. The quality of their work is good and I have been satisfied with their service.

The guy that comes out is very professional. He looks for critters to see where they are coming from. They offer options and solutions. The quality of work is good.

Alpha and Omega Pest Control is the most responsive and most capable pest service in Texas. We are so pleased with them. Other pest companies wouldn't deal with the rats in the attic, but these guys will. They will come out immediately if we need them in between their regular annual visit.

WE WERE HAPPY WITH THEIR PROMPTNESS AND THE SERVICEMAN THEY SENT WAS VERY NICE AND PROFESSIONAL. WE WERE A LITTLE DISAPPOINTED IN THE ACTUAL TREATMENT. THERE WAS NO GUARANTEE ON THE SERVICE AND ALL HE DID WAS SPRAY WHERE THE WASPS WERE AND POWDER THE ATTIC. WE HAVEN'T HAD THE WASPS BACK WHICH IS GOOD, BUT I FEEL IF WE BOUGHT RAID WE COULD HAVE SAVED 120.00.

WE WERE VERY SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICES PROVIDED BY THIS COMPANY. THEY WERE VERY PROMPT IN COMING TO OUR AIDE. THEY DID A VERY THOROUGH JOB. WE HAVE ALREADY RECOMMENDED THEM TO OUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY. WE CONTINUE TO USE THEM ON A YEARLY BASIS.

OUR OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS OUTSTANDING AS WERE THE RESULTS.
