The team was very responsive to my inquiry and made themselves available to accommodate my very short timeframe. The team was punctual and professional. The carpets were cleaned very well with the exception of several stains they were unable to remove. Overall I was pleased with their work. We had not moved into the house yet so there was no furniture to move. Therefore I can't speak to this aspect. I found a coupon for them on Angie's List so the job was done very cost effectively.

He was on time and very thorough. This is the second time we have had them do our carpet.

The day they were suppose to come out, it was very humid and likely to
rain. The owner called and indicated this wasn't good weather for carpet
cleaning due to the high humidity levels and getting the carpet to dry.
We rescheduled for the next day and they showed up on time. Took them
about 15 minutes to clean our carpet and stairs. They were on time,
courteous, friendly and professional. Will use them again for all our
carpet cleaning.

My wife has 2 degenerative diseases that require my full attention.  I also work 2 jobs to help take care of us and I failed to take advantage of the Big Deal before it expired.  I called only a month after it expired and they were unwilling to honor the deal I had purchased.  This is an owner/operator operation and they tried telling me they can't do it, but as the owner of the company he has the ability to display compassion to still honor this deal which he did not do.  I know that I have some fault in not redeeming the deal before the expiration, but I would have hoped he would still honor a prepaid deal for services that I still need to have done.

I had him scheduled a couple weeks ago but he had to reschedule. That was OK. They were scheduled at 8am today, but no one?s here! I called to check on them. Scott Hill, the owner, said that his guys showed up but no one answered the door or phone. First, he had the wrong phone number. Second, he was incredibly rude! He actually said something along the lines of, "We can?t be running up & down the street looking for people who don?t answer their phone." I asked if we could reschedule for tomorrow because I?ve got company coming on Sunday.  He said, 'I?m not coming back until middle of next week & I could take it or leave it' - I was stunned silent on the phone for a second & said "Really?" & he hung up!

I don't want him in my home - I got a refund from Angie's List.

I have been using TX Pro Solutions for the past two years to clean my kitchen floor once a month. I have 4 boys, 3 of which are under 3 yrs old. So not only do I have an eternal disaster being created on my floor but I also have babies crawling and eating from it!! Anyway, the owner, Scott Hill, is very detail oriented and has given me a reasonable rate for monthly cleanings on my kitchen floor and sometimes I even have them do carpets, the staircase, and my upholstered kitchen chairs. I always make my appointments for 8:00am and they are in the driveway setting up their equipment at 7:58am and knock at the door exactly at 8:00am.

I had tried using two other steam cleaning companies prior to finding TX Pro Solutions. Neither company could get my natural stone tile and grout completely clean due to their uneven surfaces. Scott Hill tested a small area first to see if his equipment could get the area clean before doing the entire floor. The next day after the stone tile dried out we could see that his equipment could clean our uneven surface and ever since we have enjoyed and appreciated using their services to keep my floors clean.
