Scott was great! A pleasure to speak with on the phone, explained everything he would do, and actually DID everything he said he would plus! My wife was the one to meet him at the house and had nothing but great things to say as well! the carpets looked great and our couch looked brand new!!

Hired them to clean the tile grout (roughly 900 sq.ft) and seal it. Scott, the owner, was very professional, polite and worked with me on the budget. They arrived before time (yeah !!) and got to work. Very happy with the results and will definitely use their services in the future. Highly recommend them !!

My experience with them was good. They showed up on time, and I was happy with their work.

Called to get quote and guy was very friendly and he was willing to give me the same price for tile cleaning as for carpet cleaning:  3 rooms for one price and interchangeable btwn tile and carpet.  I thought that was great.  He also was willing to stretch some old carpet for me for a reasonable price.  Scheduling was easy too.  Everything was great except one thing that I am docking them for.  They had a hard time stretching my family room carpet that butts up against my kitchen tile.  Unfortunately, they smashed a corner tile of my kitchen in the process.  The guy was very apologetic, however, I now have a repair to pay for ... and he didn't even reduce the bill.  However, I have to point out that they did an excellent job of cleaning my tile and my carpet.  If not for this one issue, I would have given them an excellent review. 

I called 3 vendors initially, and this company was the first to call back. They were willing to come out on a Saturday, and Willy was right on time and did an excellent job. Very professional and very courteous. Carpets are clean and smell great!

I called this company based on a brochure I got in the mail. The owner, Scott Hill, came out that afternoon to give me an estimate. He arrived as scheduled for the cleaning job. they did a great job, efficient and neat work. I am having them come back next week to clean the cement patios.

Mike and his brother did a great job on our carpets. They were prompt, polite and professional. They are a family business. The price they quote was the price I paid. They did not try charging extra for extras like I experienced with other companies. My carpet looks like new again.
