The kitchen aid company called them to fill a warranty repair on a refrigerator. It was an emergency situation as it was in bad condition and spoiling food overnight. It's been one month and one week of calling them. They stood up one appointment and getting someone to answer the phone is difficult enough, now they don't give say so on when they can come complete the repair. They are full of excuses and lies and are untrustworthy. I had never experienced such a bad experience. Kitchen aid could not get a legit response from them either and have dropped them from this warranty call as well. Having no refrigerator for over a month and children to feed is not acceptable and they don't seem to care at all.
Description of Work: They were called by kitchen aid company to have them fix a refrigerator with urgent status.

On the the initial call (2/20) I was told or understood that I would be charged $180.00 plus tax for service charge to diagnose the problem. This price would include service call and labor but not cost of parts.Oh and by the way the repair truck happen to be at my condo that day d*** a service call to install new appliances in the new condo units. After not hearing from them for 2 weeks I called back to find out what was happening. I was told that the repair man did not have the right model number and would have to swing back by, again he happened to be at my condo complex the day I called so at the end of the day he came by to check the model number again. On March 20 I got a call if the service man could come out and finish the job. He came by replaced the heating element and said he would have to come back to do the door cam. They were very explicit about having to have payment every time of either cash or check. The first time I paid $194.85 for service and to be told I needed a heating element. The door cam was obvious. The second time I was charged $137.45 for the door which was not fixed and $159.39 for the dishwasher that was fixed. I was charged $68.75 twice for labor, once for refrigerator door and another for washer on this same day even though the door was not fixed. From past experience I found them to be extremely incompetent, over charging on labor since the whole job took an hour tops. Very poor customer service from the office which never initiated a progress call and on every call insisted they get paid by check or cash on the day the service was performed even if the service was not finished. After spending almost $500 on a 3 year old appliance that is used 6 months out of the year I contemplated replacing the appliance but could not get an estimate from them or any professional advice.
Description of Work: Service call to come check the Kitchen-aid dishwasher it was obvious that the heating element was broken. The repair man came out and told me heater element needed changing. At the time I asked if he could also replace a broken door cam on the refrigerator door because it was not closing all the way on its own.
