Rooms To Go

I brought leather furniture from Rooms to Go the color started coming off we have only had the furniture barely 3 years they do not stand by there warranties they were very rude not any help at all they sold the furniture as real leather but it's not they provided the cleaner for it which made the color start coming off it was a very expensive set now I'm left to spend more money to see if it can be fixed I will never buy furniture from them again very disappointed in their service.

My husband and I originally went into the store and purchased items for our new home on November 14, 2013.. Our delivery date was 11/27/13.. On that delivery, they delivered all of the furniture we bought.. On the king size bedroom set, the dresser was damaged. The end table we bought was damaged, and the mattress pads we ordered came in a king size, a queen size, and a full size. (We bought a king and 2 queen beds).. On the second delivery, dresser was damaged, end table was fine, but no mattress pad. Third delivery came with again, a damaged dresser. Fourth delivery, again dresser was damaged. I believe it was a refurbished dresser, because when they removed the bubble wrap, I could smell the fresh paint. They wrapped the dresser before the paint was dry, so it had the impression of the bubble wrap over the entire dresser. Fifth delivery came. One again it was damaged.. The back of the dresser looked like someone had kicked anole in it.. The bottom drawers were all busted.. I again refused delivery.. I called customer service again, and they seem to me not to really care much. Said they would give me 10% off of the dresser if I just kept the damaged piece.. Which would only be about $70.00.. There is no manager at the customer service number they give you to call. Nobody to speak with to get something done.. It is now 1/4/14 and we are still waiting for delivery on a dresser than is not damaged.. I will never spend another dime at Rooms To Go.. Service is horrible. And after they get your money, they don't care.. I would never recommend doing business with Rooms To Go.. EVER..!!
